Dom sat cross-legged on the sofa in Kat's living room. The space was quiet, dark. The brunette didn't bother to turn on a lamp when she walked over a few minutes ago in her yoga attire. She wanted to go out for a run and instead of going alone, she called Kat to head out with her. When the redhead emerged, she was fidgeting with her hair and pushing it into a ponytail. It was Thursday and after a short day of filming they chose to spend their time together. Well, Dom decided. Kat was still a bit out of sorts as of late and the brunette knew why and didn't want to dwell on it. She felt her days were numbered, and since tomorrow was Friday, she was sure there was but one left.

"Ready?" Dom pushed herself up, meeting those familiar brown eyes gazing back at her. It was as if something was holding onto Kat and she wouldn't speak about what it was. "Ready?" The brunette repeated.

"Uh, yeah." Kat paced over, leaning in to kiss Dom's lips, dragging a giggle out of the woman before pulling back. "Why on Earth would you want to jog when it's almost ten at night is beyond me." The redhead shrugged. "But how can I say 'no' to that face?"

Dom would be lying if she said she wasn't curious about the past few days on set. She was doing her best to show Kat that she found other parts of her just as appealing as her body. But god was she reminded daily of how nice being physical with the woman was. The brunette bit her bottom lip as they made it out into the chilly air, their legs carrying them down the street as they jogged side by side.

"I know you haven't wanted to talk about it." Dom began as Kat kept her focus ahead.

"Dommie, can we not bring up..."

"Ray?!" They both said as they neared their first turn.

"He's coming tomorrow isn't he?" The brunette gazed over at the taller woman before they both stopped.

"He said Friday or Saturday."

"And you don't know when? I'm sure he has his flight already." Dom was trying to be practical, she was trying to give herself enough time to prepare for the worst case scenario.

"Dommie...."

"That's not going to work this time." The brunette tilted her head, the street lamp flickering above as Kat faced her. She had been quiet about the calls she was receiving since Monday and maybe they weren't any of Dom's business but she had to know what she should expect.

"I'm not trying to push him." Kat took a step towards the brunette, brushing her loose strands of hair away from her face. "Don't worry, I'm not letting you go."

"It already feels like you have." Dom couldn't believe those words left her mouth so suddenly. She turned to jog once more, causing Kat to turn and follow.

"What does that mean? I haven't been neglecting you if that's what you're saying." The redhead huffed out as they turned another corner. They were the only two out at such an hour besides the few cars that whizzed by every now and again. Dom stopped near the park entrance, it was hardly lit up but there was a path just off to the side with lamps lighting the way.

"Every since Monday it's like you've been keeping things from me." The brunette huffed out. "I know it's none of my business and you don't have to tell me everything but..."

"Hey." Kat caught her breath, her hand falling against her chest as she studied Dom. "What do you want to know?"

"I keep telling myself that I should accept whatever happens from this point on. I told myself I would but, I can't. Not if your plans don't include me."
