If You Met Me First

Friday night had rolled in just as quickly as the week begun. Kat had hopped out of the shower, her hair sticking to her face as she wrapped a towel across her dripping body. She had promised her husband she would call him before she went out with the cast, and she was committed to holding herself to that. She quickly dialed him, her pruned fingers slipping against the device.

'There's my girl.' The man smiled into the phone, the video image showing them both to the other clearly.

'How was your day?' Kat had found herself getting back into the grove of things. Although she still had urges to sleep with her brunette friend, the space they gave one another throughout the week helped.

'Well Bernie and I have been going to the dog park about twice a day. I've just made dinner and everything so the night is going well. What about on your end? How are things?' Ray watched as his wife began to dry her hair, her hand brushing over her lips as she shrugged.

'It's work.'

'Damn I want to kiss you right now.' His words only caused a scoff from his wife. A playful roll of the eyes as she studied him.

'Yeah well, as of right now, I'm off limits.' Kat sent him a kiss through the phone, propping the device up as she went to find some clothes. The group was going out to dinner and a movie and Kat wanted to be as comfortable as possible. She grabbed some black leggings and a dark blue top as a beeping noise startled her. She glanced around before facing Ray, a name playing across the top of the screen.

'Hey uh, let me answer this and I'll call you right back.'

'Don't change without me.' He smiled as Kat promised, hanging up before answering.

'Dom?'

'Are you ready to go?'

'Uh, no.' Kat began searching for underwear as the brunette whined.

'Well let me in please. I'll wait for you.' The brunette couldn't be seen but Kat knew she was probably bouncing on her toes, happily waiting for her to come down. Kat decended the steps, fighting the knot on her towel before letting the woman inside.

'I'll be ready shortly.' Kat promised as she made it back into her room. She quickly grabbed a hair-tie and placed her hair into a bun, Dom stepped into the space, leaning against the archway.

'Usually I'm the one that's late.' The brunette truthfully stated just as Kat gazed at her. They both gave the other a gentle smile just before Kat turned to grab her phone once more. With the professionalism of the past few days that had gone by, Dom didn't really want to push things between them too hard.

'I have to call Ray so if you want to wait downstairs I'll be ready soon.' Kat informed the woman as Dom stood upright and trailed closer. The brunette brushed her fingers against Kat's arm before leaning into her, a sort of jealously coming out at the mention of the man's name. The older woman planted a kiss against the brunette's forehead, brushing her nose against the woman's before her as she stepped back.

'Don't take too long.' Dom had found her thoughts starting to engulf every aspect of her life when it came to the taller redhead. She watched as Kat dialed the man back, her own eyes studying the interaction that was taking place. Ray has been flirting, his tone almost seductive in a way. Dom watched as the redhead giggled,
rolling her eyes as her husband did something funny on the other line she supposed. Kat's eyes flickered up from her phone to find Dom firmly pressed against the wall near the door. Ray wanted to see his wife's body, he wanted to watch her undress and that's when Kat hesitated.

'I uh, one second.' Kat placed her phone against the bed, making her way towards the brunette who only raised her eyebrow. 'Give us a minute, okay?'
