Kiyoko Aizawa's pov
I hummed a tune as I walked outside, marveling at the beauty of the outdoors I've never seen like this. The sun barely peeked it's light in the sky, but we saw no rays. I turned to Kaminari to say something but groaned instead.
"Hun, your hair is all messed up," I muttered fixing it for him. He didn't look at me. His eyes were half closed and he was staring at the ground. I leaned close to his ear and blew on it. He jumped and let out a small yell. "Look alive, Kami!"
"Kiyoko how are you awake?" Jiro groaned. I looked at her and shrugged my shoulders.
"I got up at 4:30 to drink coffee so I could perform better. Now I'm all kinds of awake," I replied. I turned to see Eraser and I stood there waiting for him to talk.
"Good morning class," he said simply. "Today we begin a training camp that will increase your strength. Our goal is to increase all of your skills exponentially so that each of you earns your provisional license. Look alive Bakugou."
He threw a ball at Bakugou. He caught it and was told to throw the ball. He blasted it away. I squinted as a wave of air rushed past us. The ball traveled farther and farther. After a bit Eraser spoke up.
"That was 709.6 meters, only 4.4 more than your original," he said. He began to explain how each of us have definitely improved, just not in the area of our quirks. Looking back it made sense. The only time I felt trained on my quirk was working one on one with Eraser. He got an evil smirk on his face. "This'll be so hard you'll feel like your dying. Let's hope you all survive."
We all glanced at each other. The same fear bouncing through each of us. I took in a deep breath, mentally preparing myself for all the bones I was about to 'break'

Eraser sat on the ground with all of his bones 'broken' I ran around the clearing in utter pain. My head ached as I ran and just talked to him in his head. I kept his quirk placeboed and his bones broken. He looked surprisingly fine for what he has to go through.
I kept running until I felt something grab my leg and I fell. I groaned and got back up.
"You lost focus. I was able to erase your quirk," he said. I got back up and continued with the exercise. I placeboed, went into his head and 'broke' his bones. I ran around and kept going even though it felt like the bones in my legs were on the verge of snapping. I ran around for what felt like hours. Focusing all my energy on Eraser and my three objectives.
"Paralyze and keep going," he demanded. I stopped the whole bone thing and paralyzed him. My bones began to feel better as I began to run quicker. I got around a minute in before I felt my body start to stiffen. I tried to shake it off as I kept going with my three tasks. As my muscles felt more and more useless, I kept going. My run was noticeably slower but I kept going.
I got around two and a half minutes before I just fell. I stopped the quirk and got back up. I hyped myself up and replaceboed him and went in his head. I immediately stiffened up but kept going. My head was pulsing like never before. I grunted in pain as I kept going.
I yelled in frustration and pain as I kept going. I gritted my teeth as I felt my muscles die with each passing step. My head pounding every time I hit the ground.
'And then you take the noodles off the stove and drain them. You want to put in the noodles in the bowl and then the broth. That will help keep a better balance between the two. Then you want to top with chasu, ramen egg, bean sprout, spring onion and maybe a few sesame seeds,' I told Eraser, making sure I did everything as I forced my reluctant body to run.
