So were back at dancing again in the dancefloor. I've got two shots of margarita and I'm literally swaying even when I don't move to dance just yet. Kung hindi lang ako hawak ni Vyer papuntang dancefloor kanina pa ako natumba.

He is holding my hand but we're dancing. The three other couples are dancing too. Dahil sa tunog at  pagkahilo hindi ko na alam kung anong klaseng sayaw ang ginawa ko at basta nalang naramdaman ang mga kamay ni Vyer sa magkabilang bewang ko. Though I'm dizzy I can still feel that his slowly nearing me in a territorial manner. Nasa leeg ko na ang mukha niya at mas lalong nilapit ang katawan niya sa akin.

"V-vyer..."sambit ko at tinulak siya. Pero dahil nanghihina ako hindi siya natinag. I tried to push him again but I did not succeed.

"Ae, I've been dying on holding you this close. So much..."aniya at pinatakan ng isang halik ang balikat ko. And again I pushed him.

"Vyer!"this time I did pushed him. Nagulat siya sa ginawa ko at nag aambang hawakan na naman ang kamay ko pero iniwas ko 'yon. I am thankful that the people are having fun but some noticed us lalo na 'yong malapit lang sa amin.

"Ae...I was having my time!"he said and tried to hold me.

"No you're not!"iwas ko sa kanya at naglakad palabas sa mga taong lasing at wild. "I think you've crossed a line there, Vyer!"dugtong ko.

"Crossed the line? Ae, we're both single, you know that! And I've been trying to pursue you more! The flowers everyday, the food everyday and my whereabouts updates every day is not enough?"he said with so much disappointment in his life.

Hinarap ko siya at pinagkatitigan. All of those? For me, it means one thing...friends.

"Vyer..."tumingin ako sa paligid at nag isip ng ideya kung paano ko ito ipapaliwanag sa kanya. "...alam ko. Alam ko ang ibig sabihin ng lahat ng 'yon. Pero kahit isa sa mga 'yon, wala akong hiningi. I did not demand, I did not asked. But I appreciated all of those. Thinking that it was just you being thoughtful to someone you know. And if it means to you pursuing me then, Vyer for me it's not it. I'm sorry but I can't give back the feelings that you invested in me. Those are just friendly matters for me."I said to him.

Napahilamos siya ng mukha. He glanced his right way before looking at me. Sa kabila ng mga sinabi ko sa kanya ngumiti parin siya. Ngiting pinaghalong disappointment at pagod.

"I-I just thought that I could replace someone in your heart but I guess... hearing everything from you right now says I should back off and get a life,huh?"he joked.

I sighed. I bit my lower lip and smiled at him.

"I'm so sorry,Vyer. I never know this would come—"

"You done talking? Can I get my girl now?"

My lips parted as I turned to see who this stupid human being cut my words.

"Ryan!"napasigaw ako sa gulat.

Madilim ang titig niya kay Vyer at umiigting ang kanyang panga. They measuring each other's eyes and the tension is all over us. Buti nalang walang pakialam ang mga tao rito!

"You're girl?" Vyer asked mocking. "Aela, do you know this guy?"

Palipat lipat ang tingin ko sa dalawa. Ryan is taller and bigger than Vyer. Nilipat ni Ryan ang tingin sa akin at namumula na ang mukha sa pagpipigil ng galit.

"Ryan..."bulong ko sa pangalan niya at hinawakan siya sa braso. He sighed heavily and look at Vyer, who's now very alert with my hand. "Let's go. Please."nanginginig kong pakiusap sa kanya.
