{Jongin POV}
"Excuse me, can you two move please?" I ask.
When they turn to me I recognize them as two of his thuggish friends. They look at me like something on the bottom of their shoe.
Here we go...
"And who do you think you are?" one of them says.
"Look, could you all just cut it out this year? It's annoying."
"Why should we listen to you?" the other one snaps.
"Listen, I'm just trying to get to my locker. Can you two just move please?"
"We're not doing what a mutt tells us to do!"
Ooh, that word. Come on Jongin say something! Show them that you're not scared!
But, I'm still not able to say anything.
"Hehe, looks like the doggy's bark is bigger than his bite," one of them remarks.
"W-whatever, just let me through," I say, the only words I could muster.
"As you wish," he says, and with that, they stand up from leaning on my locker and walk off, but not without a sharp nudge against my shoulder. I just sigh and get what I need and walk to my first class.
I take my seat and look up to see everyone staring at me, like usual.I just shrug and set my stuff on my desk and wait for the teacher to come in.
Why bother getting upset? I think to myself. Besides, you should be used to all of this by now...

{Y/N POV}
Finally, it's Friday!
I'm sitting in Mr. Kwon's class taking notes and thinking about my first week of school. I guess you could say that it's been pretty okay. The teachers seem nice, the classes are pretty easy, and not much has really happened. Well, besides the fact that everyone keeps staring at me... eh, it's probably because I'm a "normie" or whatever. Or maybe it's because my mom is so well known?
Then, Sehun comes in the door — late, like he has been for the past week.
"Mr. Oh," Mr. Kwon says, "you're late, again."
(1) "Yeah, yeah, 알아," He responds, sitting in his seat next to me.
"...ahem, anyways..." Mr. Kwon continues.
Oh, I forgot. There actually is one small thing that happened— me and Sehun have gotten, well, for lack of a better word, closer. I mean, if "close" is what you consider sharing only one class and sitting with each other at lunch. He's obviously the typical badboy, but from the short time that I've gotten to know him, I think I've actually found a softer side to him. To the outside world, he's smooth, cunning, and cold, but with me, he's more open and sweet— is that why I still feel like something is off with him? Like he's still hiding something? What is his true self? The rebel or Mr. Nice Guy?
