You were asked to be a chaperon for the Ball. So you weren't really asked to be someone's date. You walk into the ball in your beautiful black dress and black heels; while your make-up was gold and red. Severus saw you and frowned. You just shrugged and began to watch the students as they dance. Soon others were joining in causing you to smile. Severus walked over to you causing you to sigh.
"Severus we're supposed to be chaperoning not talking." You say completely staring at him.
"I know. Would you like to dance?" He asks causing you to smile slightly.
"Sure." You say as you take his hand.
You both danced for a bit before going back to chaperoning.
***Later that Night***
You yawned as you began to walk out of the Great Hall. Severus followed you as you walked to your room. You turn around and look at him confused.
