ONE YEAR OLD
"Hey get out of there" Rome said grabbing London before she could get into some chips that Pick left out on the coffee table last night when they had a movie night after the twins went to sleep. London was definitely the spirited of the two. Where Takoda is shy and quiet and likes to stay close to his parents, London is outgoing and loud and likes to do things herself. They are definitely opposites but they work so well together.
You would think that being so much like Pick, London would be a daddy's girl but she's actually a Papa's girl. Definitely not shy about it but she did love her dad, she was just closer to Rome then Pick, which hurt him a bit but then he had Takoda who was more like Rome but was closer to his dad a bit more but both looked more like Pick with a bit of Rome in there.
"I turn my back for a second and you get yourself into the chips while your brother disappears." He said as he set her in her playpen.
"You stay right there till I find your brother." He said making her smile. Rome sighed as he went in search of Takoda. He found in the playroom in the toy box.
"What are you doing in there silly butt, let's get you out of there and into the playpen with your sister so Papa can finish making dinner." He said the pulled him out of the toy box. He left the room and went into the living room where his sister was trying to escape the playpen.
"Hey sit your butt back down right now young lady!!" He said as the front door opened and Pick walked in.
"What's going on?" He asked.
"Caught our daughter trying to get into the chips that YOU left out while also trying to find our son who decided he wanted to sit in the toy box, all while trying to get dinner started and send a client their pictures." Rome said stressed out.
"Let me handle them and dinner while you go get your work done." Pick said taking Takoda from him.
"Thanks babe, I got stuff out to make Kao Mun Gai (chicken rice) but I didn't get very far with cooking it." Rome said.
"I'll deal with it now-oh my gosh" he said. London had escaped from the playpen as was now trying to walk to Rome.
"She's walking!!" Rome smiled before kneeling and holding out his hands. It was a very long trip so it was too hard to make it to him. She wobbled a little bit made it to her destination with a smile on her face.
"Good girl London!!" Rome said.
"Do you want to try to walk little man?" Pick asked Takoda before setting him down then moving away a little. Takoda looked at London getting lots of love and a look of "if she can do so can I" came over his face.
"That's right little man you can do it too." Pick said.
"You can do it Takoda" Rome said.
"Da..Da..Da-Da" he said as he pushed himself up. Rome and Pick's eyes widen as the heard Takoda say his first word. He was the first to say the first word between the two.
"That's right I'm you Dad now let's see if you can walk to me." Pick said. Takoda smiled and took a few slow and small steps towards Pick. Pick caught him as he was about to fall and kissed his cheek.
"Good boy Takoda" Pick said. Rome stood up with London in his arms and kissed Takoda's cheek.
"So proud of you guys" Rome said.
"Pa...Pa...Pa...Pa-Pa" London said.
"That's right baby girl, I'm your Papa and can you say Da-da?" Rome asked
"Da...Da-Da" London said.
"Pa...Pa-Pa" Takoda said. The happy couple smiled as they listened as their kids went back and forth saying their names. It was a proud time for the Cherinsuk family.
Hello lovelies, so I looked to see if Pick and Rome had a last name but I couldn't find one and I'm not sure if I heard them mention it in the show or if I just missed hearing it. If they do have one just let me know other than that I hope you guys liked it, please comment cause I love to read what you guys have to say and also it helps me feel even more motivated to continue writing.
