Parents Finding Out: Arthit and Kongpob

4 MONTHS PREGNANT

Arthit sighed as he finished up his last piece of paperwork before lunch. He was starving and the only thing he really wanted was some pink milk. He knew he needed to eat more than that so he headed to the cafeteria to get himself some lunch and pink milk. Once he got his lunch he struggled to find a seat but finally found one at an empty table in the back. His coworkers were nowhere in sight but he liked the bit of quiet he got. His stomach started to growl and he looked down at his bump. It was bigger and rounder then last month.

"I am going to eat, hold your horses." He said before beginning to eat. He was now sixteen weeks pregnant and only had five months to go. Their baby was healthy from what the doctor said and their baby could also hear them so he and Kongpob have been talking to the baby so they could bond even more.

"Arthit" Todd said sitting down with his girlfriend, Earth across from him.

"Hey" Arthit said.

"How's the baby?" Earth asked.

"The baby is good" he said. "Kong and I have been talking to it now that it can hear us." Arthit said.

"When do you find out the gender?" Todd asked.

"Next month"

"Are you wanting a boy or girl?" Earth asked.

"I don't care, I'm just excited I get to stop calling it an it." Arthit said chuckling.

"Did you guys pick out names yet?" Todd asked.

"We've been talking about it but nothing serious until we find out the gender." He said taking a sip of pink milk.

"Have you told your parents yet?" Earth asked.

"No, we are going to tell Kongpob's parents first then mine since Kong's parents are more accepting of our relationship."

"I hope they take the news well." Earth said.

"I don't care what they think, Kong and I are all this baby needs." He said.

"You have our support if you need it." Earth said making Todd nod.

"Thanks guys" They ate and talked till it was time to go back to work.

Kongpob took a deep breath before entering his parent's house, he was nervous about telling his parents. The plan was that Kong was going to tell his parents then when Arthit gets off of work in ten minutes if things go well he'll text him and tell him to come over. Kong didn't want to put any extra stress on Arthit in case it went bad here, he didn't think it would go bad but you never know.

"Mom, Dad, are you here?" He asked. He walked into the living room and looked around for his parents.

"Well look who it is" A familiar voice said. Kongpob smiled before turning to where he heard the voice. His oldest sister, Lawan stood there joined a second later by the middle child, Chimlin.

"Nice to see you guys again." He said before going to hug them.

"You too, little brother" Chimlin said.

"Where is Mom and Dad?" He asked.

"In the kitchen" Chimlin said.

"What's going on?" Lawan asked. She always had the power to know when something was going on with him.

"Nothing bad, you should join me in the kitchen with mom and dad." He said before moving down the hall to the kitchen. His mother and father were in there like Chimlin said, his mother was cooking while his father was talking to someone on the phone. His father saw him in the doorway before telling whoever was on the phone that he would call him tomorrow before hanging up.
