THREE YEARS OLD

Phun liked to think that he was a pretty well tempered guy but today was not one of those days. He was going to lose it if he's son didn't stop throwing a fit. Today was Klaus's first day at preschool  and he was not having it, from the moment he woke up it was world war three.

"I DON'T WANNA GO!!! He yelled as Phun struggled to get him dressed.

"I heard you the last ten freaking times and for the last time you are going to preschool." Phun said. He had tried to explain to him that preschool would be fun and he would make friends but Klaus wasn't having it.

Klaus had definitely inherited his grandfather's temper. It took him ten minutes to find Klaus after he ran away when Noh had turned his back to get Klaus's clothes from his drawer. He had hid in the back of the storage closet and by the time they found him he was covered in dust so they had to give him a quick bath which he fought them on.
Now they were trying to get him dressed, they had a half an hour to get him dressed, in the car and to the school.

"Found his shoes" Noh said.

"Great, help me get his pants on." Phun said struggling to control his kicking legs. Noh put the shoes down and grabbed Klaus's feet then handed one to Phun. Phun put the leg in the leg hole and pulled it up to his thigh. Noh did the other side all while Klaus was screaming his head off. They got his socks and shoes on before standing him.

"Klaus stop it right now, there is no reason for you to throw a fit." Noh said finally snapping.

"Bad papa" he said before hitting him.

"Hey!!" Phun said. "We do NOT hit people, say you're sorry." That just made him cry harder. Phun picked him up and they left the room to take him to the car outside. He stopped crying for about two minutes till they got him in his booster seat. He fought them unsuccessfully as Phun buckled him in. The car door closing was the only quiet moment they would get till he was in preschool.

"You okay?" Noh asked.

"I am so glad I'm my own boss and can afford to take the day off cause I need some quiet time." He said. Noh chuckled and nodded before they both got into the car where Klaus was yelling and crying. While they drove Noh tried everything he could to get him to stop crying but Klaus just get even more angry. By the time they got to the preschool Klaus had passed out from exhaustion.

"Poor guy" Phun said.

"I really don't want to wake him up." Noh said.

"Me neither" They got out of the car and  Phun went to the other side of the car and slowly unbuckled the seatbelt before he slowly and carefully got him out. Klaus woke up a bit but put his head on Phun's shoulder and went back to sleep. They headed inside where a young woman greeted them.

"It was a rough morning and he passed out from exhaustion." Noh said.

"We have a separate room he could sleep in for a bit, we won't let him sleep too much just to let you know." She said.

"Thank you" Phun said before transferring Klaus into her arms. Phun stroked his cheek before Noh said goodbye and they left. When they got into the car they took a deep breath in relief.

"I hope he has fun so we never have another morning like this." Noh said making Phun chuckle.

"Let's get out of here and go home."

"I totally agree"

A few hours later, a nervous Phun and Noh wait for the teachers to bring the kids out. They hoped that Klaus had a good time and made some friends. The teacher came out with the kids and they smiled when they spotted Klaus. He was saying goodbye to a little boy whose parents were standing there waiting for him. Klaus spotted them and smiled before running over to them.

"Hey little man" Phun said.

"Did you have a good time?"

"Yeah, I met a friend, his name is Justice"

"That's cool, shall we get out of here and get some food?" Noh said.

"Yeah!!" He said. Noh and Phun smiled as they left the school.
