It's Time...(Tin and Can)

BABY TIME

Can took a deep breath before letting it out as he stared at a sleeping Tin, today was the day that their daughter will be born. Nova Medthanan would be born today at four o'clock in the afternoon on a chilly November 2, 2020. It was now almost one o'clock and he couldn't sleep, he only got up to go to the bathroom but other than that he has been lying in bed thinking about what their baby would look like.

"You okay?" Tin asked. Can looked at him and smiled.

"Yeah, just thinking about what our baby would look like, what she will be like, what she will be when she grows up and if she will find someone who loves her like we love her."

"She's not dating till she's fifty." Tin said.

"You are so going to be that overprotective dad." Can chuckled.

"Better believe" Tin said before leaning over and kissing him. They decided to get up and get ready, they took a shower and then Tin helped Can into the maternity leggings and shirt before getting dressed himself. They headed downstairs and avoided the kitchen since Can wasn't allowed to eat due to the c-section. They made sure they had their to-go bag and car seat sitting by the door before going to sit on the couch.

"This waiting is killing me." Can said looking at the clock to see that it was two o'clock.

"I can distract you" Tin said moving Can's head so it was facing him before leaning over and kissing him. Can moaned and wrapped his arms around his neck, they didn't have sex, but hand jobs were involved and by the time they were finished it was three o'clock. They decided to head over to the hospital which was twenty minutes away, Tin grabbed the car seat and to-go bag before they headed out to the car.

The drive to hospital was filled with Can talking about what he was going to eat when Nova was out of him. Tin promised him to get him whatever he wanted to eat but only if the doctor said it was okay.  They arrived at the hospital where Tin parked the car in the parking lot of the maternity section before getting out of the car. Tin helped Can out of the car before grabbing the to-go bag, they headed inside and were admitted before shown their room.

"I can't wait to get her out because she keeps kicking me." Can said as Tin helped him out of his clothes and into a hospital. Tin smiled then knelt down so his face was in front of Can's stomach.

"Sweetheart, I know you are impatient to meet us but let's not kick Papa." He said. Nova kicked one more time just to tell them who is boss before settling down.

"Thank you" Can said before Tin stood up and kissed him.

"You're welcome" Tin said. A knock on the door made them look over as the door opened and the doctor walked in.

"Hello you guys, are we ready to have a baby today?" The male doctor said.

"Most definitely" They said before Tin helped Can onto the bed

"We are going to take you to labor and delivery, then we will have one of the nurses help Tin get his gown and cap on while we get you prepped, okay?" The doctor said. Tin and Can nodded before one of the nurses pushed his hospital bed out of the room, Tin followed them out before walking next to him. Can held out his hand for comfort due to being a little nervous about what was about to happen. Tin took his hand and kissed it as they arrived.

"Don't be nervous, everything will be okay and when this over we will have Nova in our arms." He said.

"I love you, Tin"

"I love you too, Cantaloupe" he said. Tin let go of his hand as Can was rolled into the room, he was definitely nervous but he had to be strong for Can. Can was taken off the bed and put on an operation table, he laid there as they put up the shield to block his view. As he was being prepped, he began to panic a bit till Tin showed up and took his hand.
