Definitely big spoon. 

He likes to feel that you're protected, always wanting to know where you are.

It goes both way, yet, you're only big spoon when he's feeling sick after a feed.

Marko: Little spoon. 

He's a baby when it comes to that. Loving your arms wrapped around him him. 

Sam: 

Both, but mostly little spoon.
