I could hear them.
Nearly all the guys were in Isaac's apartment having drinks. Seemed to be a guy's night in or something. Cassidy, Lily and I were so offended.
Not really.
But their constant laughing was making it hard for me to do my homework. I could heard Alex laughing the loudest, Andy talking the loudest and, when a chorus of cheers came on, Liam hollering. I was growing annoyed as I stood up and walked out to the balcony.
I walked over to Isaac's balcony and looked inside, the curtains were open so I watched them all sitting around a large coffee table. They seemed to be playing poker or something.
Looking around I saw several scotch cups, empty beer bottles, cans of beer, cards and poker chips, Alex was even wearing a green visor, as was Liam.
I couldn't help but smirk at the scene before me. It was like watching bulldogs playing poker, amusing.
Isaac and Booker had good poker faces, whereas Liam, Alex and Andy looked so hysterical and drunk they didn't need one.
I wanted to tell them to quiet down, but they all looked like they were having so much fun. I didn't want to put a damper on it, so I walked back to my apartment and put on my thick earphones on so I could block them out even a little bit... it didn't work too well.
I could now just hear them making it ten times more annoying.
I lost it when Isaac started blasting out with his guitar. I took the headphones off, grabbed my violin and started playing loud and horrifying chords that made me want to cry. When they fell silent I did also. Then they started up again, so I grabbed my phone, turned on the recording and recorded my horrible playing. I double checked to see if it would play and if it would continuously.
It would.
I walked out of my apartment, to Isaac's balcony, quickly opened the doors and closed my phone on their side of the door while it blasted the horrible tunes. I disappeared for a moment and listened, the guys were complaining to one another about the music. I laughed loudly as I heard them walking around looking for the source.
Soon the music faded and I watched as Isaac stomped over to my balcony, he held the phone in his hand. "I wonder how much this is worth online," he said looking at it.
I rose to my feet as I walked over to him and snatched it from his grip, "I'm trying to do my homework, can you keep it down?" I requested.
He smirked, "why don't you go somewhere else?" he asked.
"Where else am I meant to go?" I countered.
He shrugged, "Cassidy's home, why not go to her?"
"I won't get any homework done if I go there," I replied.
I could tell the way he was looking at me he thought of the dirtiest way to think of that as he smirked. I rolled my eyes, "can you keep it down?"
He held his hands in surrender, "fine. We'll try to keep it down."
I thanked him as he disappeared into his apartment.
Five minutes later, I was trying to stuff a pillow in my ears. I groaned in annoyance and sighed, in his defence, he did say try.
I sighed through my nose as I stared at the ceiling, maybe I should do something else...
I decided to rehearse my most recent dance, this time I got to make it up myself. I liked it, freedom at last... though I wasn't wonderfully awesome at this. I grabbed my CD player and the correct CD from my collection, got changed quickly and left my apartment to go up to the roof.
