95 - "UNEXPECTED, EXTENDED STAY IN THE PROVINCE?!?😜"

Dawn's POV:

"Hey, seniors! Wake up! We're here! Sis!!"

I felt something to have moved on both my sides and I even twitched when I felt someone to have tapped my shoulder seeing May who already stood before me and I saw Drew and Ash to have likely awoken too.

Max was already ahead and was obviously excited to go out of this bus already so I stretched my arms and picked up my stuffs before I followed after May and went out of the bus with Ash and Drew tagging behind us.

"Yosh!" Ash made me twitch when he suddenly stretched his arms after we have gone out of the bus and he also yawned as well.

"Sheesh.. It is still raining??" I heard the annoyed complain of May and she turned the visor of her gray cap around her head before she crossed her arms and then eyed the dark, showering sky.

Drew happened to have gone to get us some tickets for us and there seemed to be having some trouble. When he returned back, he was not likely having any tickets and his bothered look was what he gave to us.

"They said that there won't be any trips across the sea today due to the storm...." Was his short reply making me to raise my eyebrows in doubt but Drew was serious when spoke and he was quickly confronted by May herself.

"Whatt?!? A storm?? But we haven't been informed there's a storm today????!" May uttered out in disbelief.

"Well, I didn't know it either~" Drew responded that they ended up arguing again about what we will do now.

Meanwhile, Ash just informed us that Roark has just messaged him telling that the guy just seen from the news that every ship and ferry are cancelled to travel for today.

"Huhhh???"

The four of us looked at each other not knowing what to do now. We are here stuck at the port but we can't have our travel...

"Sis, I have told you that there was a coming storm in the news last Sunday... You didn't eventually pay attention and you said it won't bother the trip..." Max blurted to May and he fixed his glasses that May crossed her arms and looked at Max.

"Oh, please... Fine, Max, you were watching attentively back then and I wasn't~ But that won't change anything... What now, Keyboard?? Where will we stay now?? Roark's place is an hour away..." May scolded Drew and he was preoccupied for a second searching his pockets with his hands and his face painted worry.

"Where is it??" Drew muttered and Ash already got bothered by him so he drew closer to Drew and asked him what is wrong "It is gone~ I might have dropped it or someone stole it."

We were speechless and May confronted him for another time and looked at him straight in the eye.

"What did you lost again, Keyboard???" She inquired in disbelief and their brilliant emerald and sapphire orbs met their line of sight.

"My wallet..." Was Drew's response and he was silent and he quickly ran back to the counter and we already got into a panic that we tried to search for it but to no avail of our efforts.

We weren't able to find it that we ended up resting by the bus stop in the end and only sighed at the darkened sky which was pouring a heavier rain than earlier.

"Now, this trip has gotten unpredictable too..." I heard May in a low voice and she slapped her face on her palms while seated beside me here at the bus stop.

Ash was already wiping his guitar case since it got wet during our search  and Drew was already inhaling and exhaling on where he stood being uneasy and then he called someone with his phone. He said that he is at least thankful that his phone wasn't gone too.
