Dawn's POV:

"Wow~"

"Drew got first again in the monthly exam~"

"Sheesh~ I only got twin axes~"

"Haha~ Way to go for seventy-seven! Twin axes, yo!"

"Oh, dad is gonna kill me for that mark~!"

Early in the morning as the second day of June began, I heard these words before the scoreboards. The students were crowding before it looking at the rankings per class and I just heard that Drew is on top again in our class.

Nothing so surprising on that~

"Good morning, Dawn~"

I twitched after hearing someone's voice and I viewed an amused and grinning raven-haired boy when I turned around.

"Oops~ Did I scare you again??" He trailed off not seemingly appearing to be guilty but innocent with the way he smirked at me and he even leaned his face closer to my face so I was forced to step aback and I averted my gaze from him.

He even widened his grin even more likely reaching from ear to ear before he pulled me all of a sudden into a run. What's gotten into him today?? He is more enthusiastic than usual..

I was left speechless when Ash brought me to the lockers area and he was strangely being cautious on our way there. He made a final scan around the area and he stood before me after making sure that no one is around anymore. I was somehow curious of what he is about to do already and why he brought me here.

"You should see this, Dawn~" I heard his excited voice before he turned to his locker and he opened it that a lot of envelopes overflowed out from it and were left scattered to the floor.

I was surprised with it and Ash and I quickly gathered them before he smiled at me mischievously.

"What are all these, Ash??" I inquired and I handed him the last envelope that I even smelled a sweet fragrance from it and Ash only winked at me.

"Love letters, I think??" Ash answered me and it was stated as a question that made me to look at him puzzled.

"Oh~ You got admirers then~ Wow~! They are a lot~ Have you read them already?? I mean, really?? These are real love letters, right??" I trailed off and my eyes lit up and Ash handed me one that I raised my eyebrows.

"I haven't read them honestly... And yeah, Dawn.. They are real ones, of course... Hehe~ I remembered that you haven't allowed me to read your first love letter before back during Mother's day... That was your first, right?? Hm~ You should let me read it, you know..." And Ash chuckled and shoved me lightly that I came to remember about that letter too.

I grew embarrassed just by thinking about it and Ash got amused with my expression.

"Hey... That was my first letter alright, Ash.. But I received more after that... All because I joined the band, I think~" I told him and I hid my embarrassed face behind the envelope that I was holding and Ash made me twitch again when he pulled my beanie down that covered my eyes and he chuckled once again.

"Right~ I think you have taken quite attention ever since I got you dragged in the band idea~! And it is fun, right?? You had fun in the band, right, Dawn?? Hehe~ And I often hear some boys talking about how cute you are according to them~" Ash stated and he even smirked at me that I only narrowed my gaze on him and bit my lip after I lifted up the beanie that covered my eyes.

"It is fun, Ash... But I am really not used to it, you know.. Everything just seem to be getting different from the life I had before~" I muttered but he clearly heard it and I noticed how his hazelnut irises glinted along with his bright smile and he touched the visor of his cap.
