Jin ducked his head, guiding Namjoon's mouth onto his own. The younger froze, unsure of himself. Jin pulled back a little, letting Namjoon make the decision. Leaning forward, Namjoon pressed their lips together firmly. Jin sighed, smiling against Namjoon's mouth. The elder wrapped his arms around Namjoon's middle and held him close, their chests pressed together. Heavy breath passed between them.
As Jin's hands rested against his bareback, Namjoon began to get shyer. He pulled back slowly, keeping his eyes closed, and rested his head in Jin's neck. The elder cradled his head like a newborn.
"Are you alright?" He whispered. The younger looked up through wet lashes.
"Will you take me home?"
"Of course." The pair left, taking Jin's jeep back to Namjoon's house. The younger left without a word, lugging his bag to his bedroom alone. He collapsed on the bed, pressing the heels of his palm into his eyes. He frantically scrubbed them, trying to erase the memory. Giving up, he curled up under the covers and forced himself to sleep.
Namjoon waited impatiently, nearly chucking the phone at the wall. Finally, Jin answered.
"Namjoon? Are you okay? It's nearly midnight."
"I'm sorry." He whimpered.
"What's going on?"
"I'm sorry." He wailed.
"Sorry for what? Love, take a breath." Namjoon heaved a shaky breath, resting the phone on the comforter. "Good, now. What're you sorry for?"
"That I made you take me home. I was just scared."
"It's alright. I understand."
"Can you come and get me?" He whispered. Jin chuckled softly.
"Of course, love. I'll meet you outside okay?"
"Mhm."
"Do you want to stay on the phone?"
"Yes, please."
"Okay." Jin got out of bed and drove to Namjoon's house, constantly offering reassurance.
"I'm outside." Namjoon hung up and raced to the door, tears and all. He thrust himself into Jin's chest and sobbed.
"I didn't mean to hurt you."
"You didn't hurt me. I'm okay. We're okay."
"We?" Jin glanced down nervously.
"I mean if you want."
"Yes."
