A/N: Hey guys before I start this chapter I just wanna thank HawraaMansour5 for the idea to involve the girls with the police I changed it a bit but I swear I have a plan!! so thank you hope you like how I did it!!

NESSA'S POV

Their stuck at a fucking gas station and they have weed in the car. This has to be a joke. I gotta go help them. I mean if a cop drives by their screwed. Me and Mads got on a flight to Texas that left in an hour and griffin said he would meet us there but he has to be here to talk to their managers if something happens. We got on the flight and I was so anxious it's only about a two hour flight and we landed smoothly. We rented a car (A/N: let's pretend that's legal at their age) And Mads drove us to the gas station that Josh said they were at. When we got their Bryce and Jaden were rumaging through the car and Josh was sitting next to it looking worried. I ran up to him and he hugged me. "Bryce what happened" I asked shin since surprisingly he was the only non high one of them "Jaden lost the keys and now we're stuck here and there fucking weed in the car" I nodded because I didn't know what else to do. "How bout you guys walk over to that restaurant and me and Josh will meet you there" I told them and they all went Mads squeezed my hand before she went to stabilize Jaden. "Josh what the hell were you thinking if you get caught your gonna get deported" "I know but I was just a mess after last night and I just wasn't thinking" he started rambling and I kissed him to shut him up "I'm sorry I broke up with you" I told him "I'm sorry I called you a bitch" I smiled and we kept searching the car until we found the keys. I locked the car and we went into the restaurant and ate. Until I saw flashing lights. NO NO NO NO NO. Bryce immediately shot up out of his chair me and Mads with him Jaden didn't even notice he was barley with us god Jaden what are you on. And Josh looked like he might cry. We all left and Bryce left money for the food. When we got there Bryce talked to the officer "sir did we do something wrong" "yes this van shouldn't be left unattended in a non parking space and well it smells like weed." Bryce nodded "do you mind if we search the car as well as all of you" luckily no one had any on them and as long as we didn't let Jaden talk or move I don't think they will know who's it is if they find it. I unlocked the car and they started looking while the other officer stood next to me and Mads. "Not to be rude sir but could you back away from the girls please" Josh said looking worried. The officer looked mad but backed away. "Alright well it looks fine to me" the officer said and I thought we were clear until he turned to look one last time and he saw what I'm guessing was Jadens. Shit. "Whose is this?" The officer asked and Josh was about to speak when Bryce spoke for him "um it's mine" Josh looked horrified and we were all surprised. "And whose vehicle" I know it's Jadens but Mads would be devastated and in the state hes in there's no way we could talk them out of it "it's mine I rented it" I said "actually it's ours we both paid for it" Mads said coming to stand next to me. I wanted to scream at her for putting herself in the position. They came over to us and went to put us in handcuffs and that's when Jaden lost it. "Woah woah there you can't just touch a girl like that" he said getting really close to the officer. "I suggest you keep your mouth shut young man" the officer said firmly. "No I think you should get away from them they didn't do anything wrong" jaden said. "Shut up" Mads told him but he kept protesting. They eventually put him in handcuffs and sat him on the curb next to Bryce. The officer came back over to me and Mads and said "did you know that there was weed in the car ladies" "no they didn't know" Bryce spoke up. Bryce shut up god just let us take the fall. The officer looked back at us and asked "did you know" and Mads pinched me so I wouldn't say anything and she shook her no. They went to load Bryce and Jaden into the car and let me and Mads off with a fine of $300 each. I went and stood next to Josh and he still looked frozen. I don't know if it's the fact that he's high or that he just doenst know what to do but he's watching his best friends get loaded into a police car and he knows if he said something he have to get deported and leave us all. "You guys can go talk to them before we take them while we call someone to pick up with van please remove all your items as well" me and Mads got everything out and we took Josh over to the car. Bryce spoke first "guys this sing the first time I've been here except last time it was just for a fight. Josh your like a brother to me and if I have to get arrested to keep you here I will no question. Nessa Mads don't ever do that again you can't lie like that to try and save us all they have to do it check the papers and know I rented the car okay." We both nodded. "I don't know what's wrong with me" Jaden said and Mads has tears in her eyes. "Nothing Jaden were gonna fix this okay I promise" he tried to smile and that's when I saw Josh was crying and I told him to go sit in the grass. Before I followed him Bryce told me somthing "take care of him okay? He needs you a lot and don't worry about us we'll figure it out" I smiled and said "thank you" I walked over to Josh and Mads went to get our car started to take us to the Airbnb and when I got to him he started crying "I just let Bryce go to jail for me" he said weakly as he cried onto my shoulder (A/N when he crys on you heart eyes 😍 sorry I was watching to many Tana videos and she says that a lot when she's around Jake anywayyy)  I hugged him and helped him into the car. I called griffin as Mads drove "Jaden and Bryce got arrested" "your kidding right this is not good as soon as they take those mugshots their out on the internet. Everyone is gonna know Nessa" we talked a little longer and I was still freaking out he ended the call by saying "well just bail them out no matter how much we'll figure it out" after another five or so minutes of driving Josh spoke up "Jaden has drugs in his sweatshirt pocket I forgot but he does and it's not weed I don't think" Mads looked like she was gonna pass out and I had her pull over and let me drive. "It's going to be fine everything is gonna be fine okay" was all I said and the rest of the car ride Mads silently cried next to me and Josh I think passed out asleep. When we got to the Airbnb Blake already knew and came and got Josh and took him to bed. Me and Mads just talked to Griffin and Bryce and Jadens parents, and managers all night while we waited for their bail amount to be set. We fell asleep and then next day it was all over social media and articles. Their mugshots and their charges. Jaden did have other drugs. This is not good. It was all over tik tok room Instagram twitter tik tok gossip articles everything. People were using the hashtags "freesway" "freejaden" "freebryce" after about two hours of horrified looking through all the posts. We got a call from the police department. "Hello I have the bail money decided that you asked me to call you about" "oh okay thank you" "for Jaden Hossler it's gonna be $11,500 and For Bryce it's gonna be $5,000. Let us know if you can come up with the money if not it will be 2-4 years for Mr. Hossler and 6 months for Mr. Hall" I swallowed "okay thank you we'll come by when we have everything situated" the phone call ended. We told griffin who told their managers and Bryce and Jadens parents. We knew we had the money and we didn't want Bryces mom to pay to much so she only did 1000 and Jadens dad did 6000 for him. That leaves 4000 for Bryce and 5,500 for Jaden (A/N math) then we got a call from someone I didn't expect.
