NESSAS POV
Ever since my song release party a few days ago me and Josh have been hanging out everyday. I finally feel like my life is getting back to normal. It's like we're right where we left off other than the fact that he still hasn't asked me out again. Who knows maybe he's scared or something. Am I scary? I don't think I'm scary.
Everyone still hates me but it just doesn't bother me anymore. I even posted on tik tok but I decided it was best not to read the comments. Getting better everyday. I think. Oh did I mention my birthday is tomorrow? I didn't well it is. I'm gonna be 18!!! Crazy.
I'm hanging out with Darianka, Olivia, Lauren, Cynthia, Addison, and Madi tonight and honestly I don't know what I'm doing tomorrow. I did tell everyone that I didn't want a party though because I don't. It's just not my thing. Big parties never go well for me fights, incidents, arguments, all of it.
"Earth to nesquik" D said and I snapped out of my thoughts "I have returned from space" I told her and we all laughed. "So you and josh have been really close lately is it an official thing yet" Addison asked me and I shook my head no. "Were just taking our time" I said. "Are you sure it's not him who's taking his time" Olivia said biting her pizza. "Yes I'm sure I'm okay with it really" I lied.
I mean I was okay with it wasn't I? I don't know. I forgot how complicated this shit is. "You could ask him out" Madi told me. "I could but if he hasn't asked me I'm guessing it's because he's not ready" I told her "maybe but you never know" she said and I laid back on my bed. "Someone just give me the power to read his mind" I said "that would be a blessing we would all sell our souls for" Addison said.
"Oh yeah how's Bryce" I said sitting up on my elbows. "I mean we are exclusive we had that talk. And he calls me his girlfriend but still hasn't asked me officially but I don't think I'll ever get an official from Bryce so I take what I can get. I love him though" she sighed and grabbed her drink.
We all went into the living room and started watching my fav the notebook. Addison and Olivia were sleeping here tonight so after lauren and Madi went home to their new house we all got ready to go to sleep and Addi slept in my bed and live sleep in D's bed.
*morning*
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY" I heard three girls yell over me as I rubbed my eyes open. "Thank you" I laughed and they all hugged me. "What the fuck y'all waking me up at 8:00 am for on my birthday" I said looking a the clock. "We were given specific directions so get your ass up breakfast is waiting then you need to get ready" Addison said smiling and pulling me into the kitchen.
I looked at the massive chocolate chip pancake stack in front of me. "Damn did yell become master chefs while I was sleeping" I laughed "something like that" Olivia told me. I finished my pancakes and went to go get ready as I was told.
