My Forever - Nessa Barrett and Josh Richards

~Part 31~

JOSH'S POV

I'm worried. Very worried. I know Nessa says she's fine but one more incident and I just think she might lose it. I can't lose her and I don't know how to protect her anymore. If everyone finds out what Chase did she's never gonna get to let it go and move on.

We here in Orlando and Micheal is giving room asignments. "Josh, Jaden, Nessa, and Mads in room 1. Bryce, Griffin, Dixie, and Addison in room 2. Charli, Chase, Anthony, and Avani in room 3. Kio, Olivia, Quinton, and Cynthia in room 4."

I don't know what's up with Charli and Chase but as long as Chase stays away from Nessa I don't care. We were all sitting in our rooms and Mads and Nessa were getting coffee downstairs. "Josh is Nessa alright?" Jaden asked me "as alright as she can be" I told him.

We started watching TV but heard yelling, we'll fighting, and then a door slam. What in the hell this tour must be cursed.

NESSA'S POV

Me and Mads were walking back upstairs with our coffee laughing when we heard fighting.

"That's not my fault I don't understand what you want me to do" I heard a guy say. "I can't do this okay I just can't it's too much. I want to be able to live my life and not worry about getting hurt all the time. I just can't" I heard a girl say. "What are you trying to say" said the boy sounding sadder. "It's Over that's all" I heard the girl say and a door slammed.

Me and Mads turned the corner and saw Kio standing there looking at the door that had been slammed with tears in his eyes. Josh's and Jaden emerged from our room and went to see him as he started to cry. They took him into our room and I said "Josh were gonna go see Olivia" and he nodded.

We walked in her room and she was ranting to Cynthia and Quinton exited the room quickly. "Liv what happened?" Mads asked her (I don't know what happened and I'm not saying this is but it is for the story) "Kio was telling me how Darianka is a bad friend and I need to get away from her and I was just done with it. Everyone hates her and he's supposed to support me. I just can't keep sacrificing everyone else to keep him I won't fucking do it" Olivia told us with tears in her eyes.

We went and hugged her and Cynthia joined. "I know this is bad timing but we have to go get ready for today's meet and greet" Griffin said popping his head through the doorway. We all nodded and went.

Kio pulled Olivia to the side and they were talking so we all left them. I went and walked towards Josh when I heard someone say "Uh Nessa could we talk" I turned around. Chase. I nodded and we stopped walking.

"Okay here goes" he took a deep breath "I'm so sorry. I was wrong. So so so so wrong. If I could take my actions I would but I can't and I know that. I just now realize how much pain I've caused you. That night I wasn't me. I haven't been me forever a very long time. But seeing you last night run out when TikTok room posted that it finally hit me. I'm an awful person and I will do anything I can to make it right. I am already trying to prove myself to Charli and I want to for you too. One day I hope we can be friends Nessa I really really do. And I will try so hard to prove that I can no will change. The last thing I will say is I am truly sorry"

I relaxed in my position standing I front of him. I don't know why but something told me to believe him. To give him this chance to prove himself. It doesn't mean that I'm going to be his friend right now but I want to see him change. I like to see the best in people and I want to in Chase.

"Thank you for that apology Chase. I am going to choose to believe that you mean that and give you a second chance to be my friend. But as of this moment we are not friends but like you said maybe one day." I said and smiled and he smiled back "thank you Nessa I won't let you down" he said. I walked back to see Josh standing tense and angry.

"What did he say to you" he said firmly. "Calm down tough guy. He was apologizing. And don't worry about it okay I think it's all gonna be okay." I told him. He grabbed my hand and we walked to the hall.

Olivia and Kio walked in together and they hugged before getting in line. She looked and me and said "were friends" and smiled weakly. I'm glad they were able to work out their fight.

I got a call from my friend at home named Lea as we were getting in line. "Oh my god Lea hi" I said and she responded "hey famous bitch I heard you were coming to New Jersey soon" she said. "Yeah I have one more stop then Jersey!" I said excitedly. "Oh thank god I want to see you so bad and meet this Josh guy of yours" she laughed. "Definitely" I told her. "Well I just wanted to call and say I'm super excited to see you" she said "me too" I told her. We said goodbye and I got back in line.

"Who was that" Josh asked "my friend Lea in New Jersey" he nodded and we started the meet and greet. I met louds of fans and got little presents and took a lot of pictures. And before I knew it was Q and A time again.

Okay we all know how this went last time so let this one be better. I told myself. Okay you got this. Before I went out. I felt someone tap my should and saw Bryce. "Hey Nessa uh just know if you need someone to talk to that's a guy and isn't Josh in here" he said sincerely which was rare for him. "Thanks Bryce" I said and hugged him.

We all went out and the energy was so fun. "Okay so Griffin if you had to change one thing what would you change" a fan asked him "I would have asked Dixie out sooner" he responded and we all laughed. "I agree with that statement except I asked you out so" Dixie said to him and Addison said "Girl power right there people"

Watched them all answer questions and just be fun showed me how much I needed this. A family. A disfuncional family but a family. I never had this in school. People that I could turn to for anything. This is my family. Always.

I got a question "Nessa did you like life in New Jersey or LA better" I took a breath "well, I never really had a lot of friends growing up. It was always just kinda me. I'd moved school so much that as for long term friendships I have a few that I still talk to occasionally like my friend Lea, but other than that it was just me. When I moved to LA it be with everyone here on this stage and more I finally got that family. The people who would do anything for you no matter what. Who would stand up for you, be there for you, cry with you." I looked over at Mads and she laughed a little "and just care about you. Sure there's still some bad stuff in LA but it's a lot better than my life at home. I love my family more than anything but sometimes you need more than that. And to be honest without Josh and I meeting I might not be here today. God that was a long answer. Um short summary. LA is where I'm supposed to be so LA."

I looked over and All the girls were tearing up and everyone was smiling. "Well I think I speak for everyone when I say we love you" Avani said. I smiled and everyone cheered.

We got some more questions and we said goodbye and all headed up to one of our rooms. "We are all going to Disney tomorrow by the way!" Addison yelled excitedly. And we all were very happy to hear that.

I went to bed with Josh and he looked at me "was what you said about you not being here without me true?" He asked me "yeah it was" I said. He wrapped his arms around me and said "I love you Nessa" "me too" I told him.

A/N: hey guys sorry for the delay in updating!! So I'm probably only gonna write about New Jersey, New York, and when they are back in LA. I have a plan as to how this will end. I know sad it has to end but I was thinking of doing more of a "to he continued" ending and just taking a little break from writing it to work on the Mads and Jaden story! How's that sound? Let me know also Nessa said her and Jaden aren't friends what do we think the reason is? I personally think it's probably because of her breakup with Josh plus Mads. Lmk what you think!!
