Lance's p.o.v:

    Lance woke up from his nap to the sound of a knock at the door, he thought to himself it was probably Pidge. He knew he'd have to get up but his little omega was clinging to him, how could he move? "Lance? I have the stuff you asked for so just open up so I can get back to editing please!" Pidge semi-shouted through the door. Lance sighed, it had to be done then. He gently removed Keith's hands from his arm and carefully moved his head onto the soft nest, he just hoped he hadn't woken Keith up. Lance quietly got up and walked towards the door, he unlocked it and only opened it a little bit. "Finally, anyway- I got what you asked for and these for protection." Pidge said with a wink as she handed him the bottle of suppressants and a small box. Lance's face grew warm but he nodded. "I'll be going back to my work now." Pidge stated before going down the hall and into her room.

Lance shut the door and locked it, he didn't want Shiro to accidentally walk in or anything like that. Hunk and Pidge were fine since Pidge is a pup and Hunk is a beta, but he didn't want Shiro to find out his omega was going into heat. He set the small box down on his dresser, then took the bottle of suppressants towards the nest. Lance still didn't want to wake him but he also didn't want to jump him because of his instincts so he knew he'd have to wake Keith up to take one. He sat back into the nest, and waited a little as to give Keith a little more time to nap just in case he wouldn't be able to go back to sleep. As he waited he ran his fingers through Keith's hair, occasionally touching his fluffy ears which only reminded him that he could stop hiding his Altean ones and so he did. Keith kind of scared him because he suddenly sat up and rubbed his eyes, Lance was afraid he had accidentally woken him up. "Hun?" Keith mumbled as he rested his head against Lance's shoulder. "Mhm, I'm still here. Ah- by the way your new suppressants are here, you should take one or two." Lance suggested, already noticing his beloved's scent had gotten a little stronger. Keith gave a nod of acknowledgement before he took the bottle from Lance's hands, then leaned forward to grab a water bottle. Lance was glad he was taking something because he wasn't truly sure how much longer he could hold out if his scent had gotten much stronger. Keith washed down two suppressants with the water and went right back to resting his head on Lance's shoulder. Lance thought it was cute that Keith was clingy like this, though since he was inexperienced it could just be an omega thing. But he hoped it was just a Keith thing, as that was a much more welcomed and cuter option.

Keith stopped leaning on Lance so he could move, but what Lance wasn't expecting was for Keith to move to sit on his lap. "Um, Kitten?.." Lance mumbled as his face flushed a light shade of pink. Keith loosely wrapped his arms behind Lance's neck. "What is it Hun?" Keith replied with a smug look on his face before he started placing kisses along Lance's jawline. Lance knew the suppressants Keith took wouldn't do much but help with his scent during his heat but he wasn't really expecting this, not that he hated it or anything but he was kind of embarrassed. Lance decided that this was a little backwards so he removed Keith's arms from around his neck, then quickly but carefully made Keith go backwards off his lap. Then Lance pinned Keith down and just gave his little omega a look that said 'I win.' Keith's face was more then pink, it was red. Lance leaned down and started kissing Keith's neck, as he did so he was looking for a place to leave a hickey or two... maybe three.

During the placement of the second hickey Lance moved Keith's hands so that they were above Keith's head, making it so Lance could keep him pinned with one hand and have his other to use as he pleased. As he was about to start getting to work on the third hickey a knock came at the door. Lance let out a quiet involuntary growl as he looked up at the door and then back down at his cute little omega. "Lance! Keith! Its time for lunch, you might want to come out and get it before it gets cold. Hunk made homemade calzones!" Shiro shouted through the door. Lance let out another low growl, Shiro was just outside their door.. Lance really didn't like that fact. "Got it, be there in a minute!" Lance shouted back, with no intention to eat lunch out there with them anyway since he promised he'd stay with Keith as much as he can. Once he heard footsteps going down the hall he relaxed a little, and to Keith's surprise he went right back to placing the third hickey.

Lance set Keith's hands free, then got up and started walking towards the door. "Wait.. um.. what are calzones?" Keith questioned with the slight tilt of his head to the side, his hickeys made more visible with the action. "Well, they're cheesy. You seem to like cheesy foods so I think you'll love it." Lance explained, walking back to Keith to place a kiss on Keith's forehead. "I'll be right back with our food alright?" Lance added, cupping Keith's cheek with his hand. "Alright, thank you Hun." Keith replied quietly, leaving Lance visibly confused. "Thank you? What on earth are you thanking me for?" Lance questioned and noticed Keith smile. "For taking such good care of me, for.. um loving me. That's all." Keith answered sheepishly. "Oh Kitten.. You don't need to thank me for either of those things." Lance stated matter of factly. "One, I'm your alpha and taking care of you is my duty. Two, I love you so much darling and even if you weren't an omega I'd still fall for you just as hard and take care of you just as well as I do now. Heck I thought you were an alpha for the longest time but that didn't even matter to me." Lance added, trying to get his point across to his cute little omega. "Just let me appreciate you dork." Keith mumbled before he hugged Lance. "...And for the record, I love you more." Keith whispered. "Oh? Well I love you most. So, H a." Lance replied with a chuckle as he walked towards the door again. "I'll be right back." He stated and Keith nodded as he got comfortable again in the nest. Then he left, on a quest for their calzones.
