when he got home, his parents weren't there yet because they were working so he sighed in relief, he could think as loud as he wanted to

maybe other people thought it was weird, but saying his thoughts out loud made it easier for him to organize his mind

"so, destiny, is he my soulmate or not? i mean my heart is feeling weird but i don't know if it's because i like the idea of it being wonwoo or if i'm just happy it's not minghao" he said as he peeled a banana to eat it

he took a bite and spoke with his mouth full "because i'm pretty confused now, i wasn't going to think about it a lot because i didn't want to get excited over nothing, wouldn't that be pathetic?" he chuckled

"i'm not sure who it is, but if it's wonwoo then i got to admit he's pretty clever, i was fooled with his little tricks and it's pretty embarrassing i fell for it" he said and took another bite from his banana before frowning

"seriously? three bites? that's all that it takes me to finish a banana now?" he asked tiredly "the thing is that thankfully, minghao never brought up sex so i was never pressured into doing anything which is pretty nice but now i'm fearing wonwoo will mention it, i don't want to lie to him, what should i do?" he asked and bit his lip

"what are you talking about mingyu? you're not even sure if he's your soulmate, what if you end up a clown again?" he whined

"soulmate, you better be perfect so you can make up for this whole mess you're making me go through for an unknown reason" he said and stood up to throw the banana peel in the trash

"okay, but if it's wonwoo then he probably doesn't want me to know because he doesn't like me, what should i do then? just try to make him like me?" he asked and then laughed "i'm so lame"

"i could text him though, instead of confronting him in person, maybe a text would be easier" he said "no wait, do i really want to meet my soulmate by text? won't that be too pathetic?" he asked himself

"because really, verkwan's story was so beautiful i would be embarrassed if i ever told my future kids i discovered their other father by a text" he whined

"i'll just tell him tomorrow, i really don't have anything to lose, what's the worst thing that could happen? him saying he's not my soulmate? it won't be the end of the world so let's keep it together mingyu" he said deciding that would be a better option

"okay, wonwoo, wait for me" he whispered
