a week and a half had passed since his incident with wonwoo and he was starting to feel very stressed

he had decided before not to tell his friends but when they asked why he seemed a little sad he couldn't help but tell them everything, they told him to take it easy but his mind couldn't stop working, he just felt the need to know, like something was calling him

that was what brought seungkan to where he was, in front of wonwoo, he had followed him to the restroom and waited for the other guys to leave

"it's me again" he said seriously

wonwoo flinched and looked at him with a worried look "uh, hi seungkwan" he said in almost a whisper

"i'm sorry if i scared you last time but you don't have to be afraid to me, i just acted that way because you know i care a lot about mingyu and i thought you were just manipulating him" he said this time softly

wonwoo just sighed in relief "i understand that" he said "is that all  what you wanted to say? because i forgive you, really, i didn't even take it the wrong way, i know he's your friend"

seungkwan looked away guiltily "no, i actually wanted to apologize for something else" he said

the older made a confused look "what? i don't remembe-"

the younger interrupted him "as you have probably noticed, mingyu gets severe panic attacks when he's stressed, they're bad for his health and affect him a lot, so i've been watching him lately and he's on the verge of having one, that's why i'm here to apologize" he said and had the guiltiest face

"i still don't get it" wonwoo said confusedly

"i- i'm going to tell mingyu" the younger said looking sad and sorry

the other made a worried expression "seungkwan please- please don't- i need more time, i'm- not ready" he pleaded

seungkwan sighed "wonwoo, i know you think you're not ready, but you are, mingyu loves you, he just doesn't know yet, i know it might seem scary and i really didn't want to force it but you have to understand it's for his health, i have no choice" he said sadly

wonwoo wanted to say something but knew the other was right so he just nodded and looked down

"i really am sorry wonwoo, i hope you don't hate me, but, hey, hear me out, i'll give you one more week" he said

wonwoo smiled sadly "i know, i get it, i would never blame you for trying to protect your friend, i have hurt him enough already" he said

"don't blame yourself either, you made a mistake because you're human, you never meant to harm him and he doesn't blame you either, i just hope you tell him before this time next week or else i'll have to tell him, which i really don't want to" seungkwan said

"i'll try" wonwoo said honestly

"you're good for mingyu, i can tell you are a great person, and mingyu is too, so i just hope that it encourages you and helps you overcome what's keeping you from loving" he said and then left the restroom

wonwoo stayed there and pulled his hair "what am i going to do?" he asked himself, he knew seungkwan was right

he kept telling himself that he wasn't ready but a lot of time had passed since he first got his mark, if he wasn't ready

when would he be?

mingyu was sitting with his friends in their hideout when seungkwan joined them with a smile

"is everything okay?" mingyu asked

"yeah, i just had to talk to a teacher about my test, she accidentally gave me a lower grade than what i got so i confronted her, but now everything is okay" he lied

"that happened to me once" seungcheol chuckled

his friends kept talking but his mind went to his soulmate, he imagined how the encounter would be and if it would be as exciting as he felt with wonwoo

"stop thinking about that, it's only going to make it worse" he thought and bit his lip, he wished he could control his stress

when the bell rang, he went back to class and for some minutes, he could forget what was troubling him

but when it was over and he went back home, his mind kept thinking "how am i going to find him if it could literally be anyone?" he thought

the answer was probably very logical, he just couldn't seem to figure it out and spent most afternoon thinking before falling asleep earlier than expected

he slept like a baby until his alarm for school woke him up making him sigh
