Chapter Eleven- Lunch Time!

The lunch bell rang and (Y/n) sighed with relief. 'Stupid fuckin math class' she thought as she packed up her books.

She walked out of the classroom, and eventually all the way out of the school.

  The (h/c) haired girl smiled when the warmth of the sun hit her face and she made her way over her best friend, who was sitting under a tree.

Tanaka looked up at (Y/n) and blushed slightly. 'She looks frustrated... but she still manages to look pretty. Should I tell her that? Or just compliment her? Okay... here we go.'

"Hey uhm, you look like shit." Tanaka's eyes widened at what he had just said 'Why would you say that Ryu? What the fuck?! Oh no what is she gonna say?!'

The girl just sighed, and slumped down next to Tanaka, her back against the trunk of the tree. "I know. Math can suck my imaginary dick." She grumbled.

  The boy sitting next to her couldn't help but laugh at his best friends comment. She often said things like this when she's angry.

  "Micropenis." He mumbled, though (Y/n) heard him. "EXCUSE YOU?!" She yelled. "My imaginary dick is probably way bigger than yours!"

  The boy just stared at her, and she stared back. A smug smile formed on her face. "Exactly. Think before you speak or shut the fuck up."

  They continued to stare at each other, Tanaka with a look of disbelief. They stayed this way until they suddenly burst out laughing, both of them grabbing their guts.

  This happened quite often. (Y/n) would say something, Ryu would throw an insult at her causing the girl to yell at him, saying things that a stranger would find extremely inappropriate or rude, and finally, they would break out into a fit of laughter.

  Once they calmed down, (Y/n) realized something. "Hey Ryu, where's Noya? Wasn't he coming too?"

  Tanaka then remembered the plan him and Noya had made the night before. "Uhm...he texted me before you got here. He said he had some work to finish or something, so it's actually just us."

  An awkward silence fell over them as they sat there eating their lunch.

  Tanaka was reciting the plan in his head. 'It's easy Ryu! Like Noya said, five seconds of bravery where you just tell her! Easy!'

  The boy took a deep breath and started to speak. "Hey (Y/n)?" She hummed in response, turning to face him. 'Why does she have to look so pretty all the fucking time?! Ughhh!'

"Yes Ryu?" She asked, because it seemed like the boy had got lost in his thoughts. 'Shit. He's not about to confess is he?' She started panicking, Ryu was her best friend, and she didn't want to ruin their friendship if she couldn't return his feelings.

"I..." Tanaka paused, 'C'mon Ryu!' "Was just gonna ask if you wanted to sit with me on the bus when we go to the prelims?" 'Shit'

"Oh, sure!" (Y/n) smiled and returned to her lunch. 'Thank god!' She was relieved that he hadn't confessed, but she couldn't help but feel a little disappointed at the same time.

Meanwhile, in a bush near the tree that the two were sitting under sat Noya. He had a pair of binoculars and was listening to their conversation through a small radio that he had given Tanaka.

He wanted to make sure that everything went according to plan. "I...was just wondering if you wanted to sit with me on the bus on the way to prelims?" Noya heard through the radio. "Tanaka you idiot!" He mumbled to himself.
