Trust: Part 2 (Dabi)

POV: Nobody

Dabi walked towards y/n's room with a plate of toast. He lightly knocked on the door.

"Y/n, can I come in?" Dabi asked. After no response he opened the door and saw y/n curled up in a ball on the bed. He closed the door behind him, and walked around the bed. He sat on the edge of the bed and put the toast down. "Y/n?" He asked.

Her face was blank, and empty. He touched her arm and she jumped away from his touch.

"Did you take the medicine?" He asked her, and she didn't respond. "Please say something." He begged her, and she blinked never looking at him.

He carefully grabbed her arms and sat her up in the bed. He scooted closer to her and grabbed a bottle off the bedside table. He poured a pill with a 'B' on it into his hand.

"Mouse, please take it." He begged her, and held the pill out to her. She sat there staring down at her lap until Dabi moved his hand under her face so she saw it.

He held his hand there for a minute before she leaned forward ever so slowly and picked it up out of his hand with her mouth. That nickname got her every time. Dabi grabbed the water bottle off the side table and helped her take a drink.

"Will you eat?" He asked and she gently shook her head no. "If you don't eat, that pill will make you sick." She shook her head no again, and fell over onto her side and curled into a tight ball again. "Fine, I'll come back later. But at least take a couple of bites."

He got up and walked out of her room.

"How is she?" Twice asked when Dabi, walked into the living room.

"I should have pounded that fuckers skull in harder." He said and sat on the couch.

"Did she eat?" Toga asked, and Dabi shook his head no.

"She's going to get sick from that plan B." Shigaraki said.

"I know that." Dabi said. "She won't even talk."

"Do you want me to try with her, nugget boy?" Toga asked.

"Definitely not." Dabi said. "I'd rather Shigaraki tried first."

"That's just rude!" Toga yelled and Twice laughed at her. "So what happened with Jake last night anyway?"

"Nothing legal." Shigaraki said, and got excited just thinking about it.

There was a small bang noise and Dabi turned to look down the hallway to see y/n running into the bathroom. He got up and walked to the bathroom, he opened the door to see y/n puking into the toilet, until she started dry heaving. Dabi kneeled next to her and rubbed her back, while holding her hair.

"Dabi." Toga said and handed him another Plan B pill. Dabi got y/n to take it again, and he carried her back to her room.

"Please eat." He said. "Right now I don't care if you don't eat later, but you need to eat right now." He told her, and he sat on the bed next to her. She didn't say or do anything.

"Can I do something?" She asked, her voice raw from vomiting.

"If you'll eat yes." He said. She then took a moment before she slowly crawled into his lap and pulled her knees to her chest. She laid her head on his shoulder and he held her, where she placed his hands. "Will you eat now?" He asked and held a piece of toast close to her mouth.

She took a bite and let her head fall onto his shoulder as she chewed. Toga slowly opened the door and walked in to hand Dabi a Gatorade (or power-aid, you pick). He took it and Toga gently ran her hand through y/n's hair, making her scream and practically jump out of Dabi's arms.

"Shh, it's okay. It's just Toga." Dabi told her and held y/n tight. "I won't let anyone, I don't trust touch you." He whispered to her and she calmed down.

"Aw, you trust me?" Toga cooed.

"Get out." Dabi growled and she left the room.

Toga walked back out to the living room, and sat on the couch.

"What was that?" Twice questioned.

"She's really scared." Toga said and crossed her legs. "But on the bright side, Dabi said he trusts me."

"Now you're just screwing around." Shigaraki said and changed the channel.

POV: Back to you

"Shh." Dabi said, and rocked me as I cried into his shoulder.

"I'm sorry." I cried.

"What are you apologizing for?" Dabi asked me in my ear.

"You told me not to date him." I told him. "You told me not to see him. You told me you didn't trust him. I should have listened to you. I did this to myself, it's all my fault."

"Hey, no." Dabi said and held me away from him. "You are not to blame for this."

"But-." I started saying and he shook me.

"Don't say another word." Dabi told me, and I closed my mouth. "Come here." He pulled me into his arms again and hugged me close. "No one other than him, is at fault. Understood?" I nodded into his shoulder, and slowly wrapped my arms around his shoulders and buried my face in his neck.

"Can you hold me tighter?" I asked him, and I felt his hand move up my back until it was around the back of my neck and I sighed at this feeling. I felt secured, safe. He rocked me gently until I fell asleep.
