Pity Party: Part 14 (Bakugo)

I shot off the floor and rushed for the bathroom. I could hear everyone calling out for me as I busted the girls bathroom open and started getting sick.

"Y/n, are you okay?" I heard Mina's voice say as she came into the bathroom. I felt her small hand on my back, and I wanted it gone. But at the moment I had other things to worry about then someone touching me.

"I'm okay." I told her, as she rubbed my back. I started puking some more, and I really wanted to pass out. Mina stayed by me the whole time, rubbing on my back and holding my hair out of the way.

After a couple of minutes, I was able to calm down and stopped dry heaving. Mina was still rubbing on my back and handed me some paper towels to wipe my face off.

"Y/n, can I ask you a question?" She asked me and helped me over to the sink so I could clean up.

"Sure, go ahead." I told her and splashed water on my face.

"Are you anorexic?" She asked, and I felt my whole body panic.

"What?" I asked her, but I didn't take my face away from the running water.

"Well it's just that, I don't think I've ever seen you eat lunch." Mina started. "And you don't really ever come down for dinner. And you've been off and on for the past couple of days. And I've known for a while that Bakugo's liked you, but I've been trying forever to get him to talk to you, and ask you out. But after what happened with Mineta, he just suddenly got the courage to ask you out? Not that I'm complaining, about damn time." She explained, and stopped as she took a breath in. "I'm sorry, that was a really rude question. You don't have to answer."

"Yes." Was all I said. I finished cleaning my face off, and started drying my face and hands.

"How long?" She asked me.

"Officially? A little over five years." I told her. "Unofficially? My whole life."

"Why?" She asked me and I looked at her, she looked like she was going to cry. "I mean, I can understand why. I have moments like that sometimes, but why do you do this to yourself?"

"Because I'm not happy with who I am." I told her. "I hate my body, and wish it never existed. I want to feel pretty. Like I actually mean something. That even though I'm above average with my weight, that I'm still desired."

"But you are." She told me, and I laughed. "You are! Bakugo talks about you all the time."

"Really?" I asked her, and I couldn't think that he would actually do that.

"Yeah." She told me and laughed a little. "You should ask Kiri, he can't shut up during down time when Bakugo tutors him."

"Really?" I asked, and I felt a smile crawling on my face.

"Oh yeah." She laughed and hugged me. "He comes to me all the time asking for girl advice for you. He goes to Momo too sometimes." I smiled, and hugged Mina back. And for the first time today, I felt smaller.

"Thank you Mina." I told her in her ear, and she laughed a little.

"I didn't even do anything." She said and gave me a big hug. Although her arms didn't reach as far as Bakugo's long arms, I still didn't feel as big as I usually do.

"But you've done enough." I told her and we both walked out of the bathroom.

"Does Bakugo know?" She asked me.

"Yeah." I said as I watched him run up to me from the couch.

"Hey, baby." He said and brushed my hair out of my face. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah." I said and nodded at the same time. "I think I had a bit too much junk food."

"Do you want to go lay down?" Mina asked as she rubbed my back. Bakugo, got upset and slapped her hand away from me.

"Bakugo it's fine." I told him and held his hand. "She knows."

"She does?" He asked and looked at her, and Mina answered by nodding to him.

"And yeah, I'm going to go lay down." I said, and started walking towards the elevator. "Maybe take a shower first."

"Okay, I'll be up in a few minutes." Bakugo said and I waved my hand. I waved to the boys on the couch, and stepped into the elevator. I pressed my floor and leaned against the hand railing and closed my eyes as the elevator moved.

Once I got to my room, I grabbed some clothes, and headed into the bathroom.

I started a shower and sighed as the hot water warmed my body up. And just melted all the nasty feelings away.
