Let go: Part 1 (Bakugo)

I sat in the commons area, waiting for any news on Bakugo. He had gotten taken by the LOV, and we hadn't heard anything. I sat on the couch with my knees to my chest and I slowly rocking myself. 

'How could I have not gotten to him in time? I was there! I was right there! I could have grabbed him, if I was fast enough. Strong enough.'

"Hey." I heard behind me, and looked to see Sero and Kiri coming up behind me.

"Hey." I said back and they sat on the couch with me.

"No news yet?" Sero asked and I shook my head. "You should go to bed it's late." 

"I'm staying here until we hear something." I said.

"Look I know you're worried, but it's not going to help anyone if you pass out randomly from exhaustion." Kiri said. "And Bakugo's going to be fine. This is Bakugo we're talking about."

"Yeah." I laughed, but I didn't move.

"They might have taken him, but we all know their stuck where ever they are with him. And not the other way around." Sero said, and I nodded.

"Thank you guys." I said. "But I'm not going anywhere."

"You really love him don't you?" Kiri asked and I looked at him. 

"What?" I asked. 

"You two really love each other." Sero said and nodded while he agreed with Kiri.

Me and Bakugo had been dating for a while, and although we've known each other for a long time we had never said the 'L' word.

"I ugh . . . . ." I said, trying to think about what to say. But I stopped thinking when the main door busted open.

"We found him!" Mr. Aizawa said as he burst into the commons area. We all jumped up and I was the first one to follow Mr. Aizawa outside where a car was pulling up. When it parked and Bakugo stepped out of the car, I ran to him.

He saw me and I wrapped my arms around him. He didn't hug me back, which he didn't usually. But this one time I wished that he did. I pulled away from him and held his hands, they were shaking.

"Welcome home." I whispered to him and put my forehead on his, but he didn't look at me. "Lets get you in bed, okay?" I asked him, but he didn't respond. It was late and I know he was going to be tired from everyone poking at him since they found him.

As soon as I closed his bedroom door his arms hugged me from behind. His whole body was shaking, and I felt something wet hit my shoulder.

"I'm sorry." He said into my shoulder. I turned around and hugged him back. He almost never showed me affection despite us dating and knowing each other for most of our childhood, even when we were in private like this he didn't really show affection much. 

"Sorry for what?" I asked him. But he didn't answer. "You have nothing to be sorry for." I told him and guided him to the bed and got him laying down. "You get some rest okay?" I asked him and went to walk away, but his hand on my wrist stopped me. He still wouldn't look at me, but I knew he wanted me to stay. I laid down and hugged onto his back. His hands holding mine to his chest, and I felt him calm down while I held him.

I felt movement from in front of me and I slowly opened my eyes. Bakugo was sitting straight up in bed. I sat up too and rubbed my eyes.

"Bakugo are you okay?" I asked him and touched his arm. He instantly turned on me and pinned me by my throat to the bed and got on top of me. "Bakugo?" I asked, and he started squeezing.

I looked up at him and his eyes were pale and wide, while there was no emotion on his face. He was in some type of sleep walking state.

"Bakugo, wake up!" I said and grabbed his arms. His grip got tighter and it started affecting my breathing.

I used one hand to try and push on him while I used my other hand to beat on the wall as hard as I could. 

"Bakugo, you need to wake up now!" I yelled through his grip, and started hitting on his chest. His bedroom door opened, and Kiri and Sero were suddenly in view.

"Bakugo stop!" Kiri yelled and they tried pulling him off of me. Bakugo swung at them and sent them to the floor. While he had a hand off of me I tried getting up and we ended up going to the floor. 

My head started pounding and I pulled at Bakugo's hands.

"Bakugo, please." I begged and Kiri and Sero pulled him off of me, but his grip didn't let go. He picked me off the ground my throat. Momo, Denki, and Mina came into the room and they surrounded us trying to pull us apart. 

"Bakugo stop you're going to kill her!" Momo yelled. But Bakugo wouldn't let go.

"That's the point!" Bakugo yelled back and I flinched as I started seeing spots. He was wide awake. I felt my eyes watering, and I couldn't keep fighting anymore. 

"Bakugo please." I begged. It was quiet, but I knew he heard me through the yelling and I watched as he started crying.

My eyes fluttered open and every breath I took it hurt. I felt something on my throat and reached up trying to get whatever it was off.

"Whoa, hey no." Someone said. Kiri and Sero appeared above me. 

"It's okay, you're okay." Sero told me, and held my hands so I couldn't reach for whatever was on my neck. 

"You're at the hospital, and you're okay." Kiri told me and I felt him petting my hair.

I opened my mouth to try and speak, but I could barely get air in my mouth.

"Don't try to speak, okay." Sero told me, and let go of my hands. "I'm going to go get a doctor." He said more the Kiri and he had to take my hands, because whatever was around my neck I wanted it off.
