Rhythm: Part 3 (Sero)

I zipped up my duffle bag, right as there was a knock on my door. I grabbed a few more things and put them in my purse, before opening my door.

"Hey y/n." Sero said, happily. A little too uppity and awake for my taste, since we all had a hard day in training during class. "Are you ready to go?"

"Yeah, all set." I said and grabbed my bag. We walked out of the dorms building, and started heading towards the train station. "Will you tell me where we're going now?" I asked him, as he dragged me into a small coffee shop to food for the ride.

"I will, when we get on the train." Sero told me. 

A few minutes later, we left the coffee shop. I was snacking on my sandwich, while we waited for the train. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and offered one of my earbuds to Sero. He took it, and we peacefully listened to music while we sat on a bench.

Once the train arrived we got on, and as soon as we sat down I was jumping in my seat.

"Tell me, tell me, tell me!" I said as I bugged Sero and he laughed as he dug into his pocket. He pulled out his phone and showed me his lock screen. I took his phone and looked at all the people in the group photo, and I could see Sero standing with them.

"I'm taking you to visit my family." He told me, and I flinched.

"What?" I asked him, and wished that I had brought nicer clothes.

"Don't worry, it'll be fine." He told me. 

"Because apparently you talked to your mom about me?" I asked him, and he had a slightly horrified look on his face.

"How'd you-?" He started to ask, and his face started turning red.

"That was something your cousin yelled about the other day." I said, and Sero got even redder.

"Yeah." He sighed, and hid his face from me. I put my head on his shoulder, and hugged his arm.

"It's okay, I've talked about you to my mom too." I told him. 

"Oh really?" He asked me and laid his head on mine.

"Mhm, she thinks you're really sweet." I told him, and I could feel him smiling.

"Mi Amor." I heard whispered to me, and my eyes fluttered open. "Wake up we're here." I snapped my head up and took a deep breath in as I stretched. "Come on sleepy head." Sero said and offered his hand to me.

"You're sleepy head." I said and took his hand as he pulled me off the train. When we stepped off the train, I was almost swept away by the huge crowd of people.

"Stay close to me." Sero said as he pulled me close, and wrapped an arm around my waist. "It's easy to get lost here."

"I can tell." I said and held onto his jacket. Walking down a couple of streets, the people finally started clearing up a bit, but Sero didn't let me go. 

Finally after a fifteen minute walk we entered a neighborhood, and Sero held my hand.

"Do you think your family is going to like me?" I asked him, and he only laughed as we walked up to a house. He opened the door, and he was instantly on the ground. I looked down at him and there were two little kids that had tackled him.

"Mierda, dejad que tu hermano se ponga en marcha!" (You little shits, let your brother up!) A woman yelled from just inside the house, and I looked to see an older woman with long black hair, up in a bun, with a few gray hairs blended in. "Hanta who is this?" She asked when she spotted me.

"Mom this is y/n." Hanta answered as I helped him off the porch with a few of his siblings dangling on his legs laughing.

"Oh, y/n!" She cheered happily and hugged me, almost drop Hanta.

"It's nice to meet you." I told her, and held onto Hanta before he could fall back to the ground. 

"I've heard so much about you!" Sero's mother told me, and I laughed as Hanta's face turned bright red. "Come in, come in! The rest of the family will be happy to meet you!" She told me, and dragged me into the house by my hand.

She led me all the way through the house into the backyard, where there was a lot of people.

"¡Todos esto son y/n! ¡La novia de Hanta!" (Everyone this is y/n! Hanta's girlfriend!) She spoke, and everyone turned to look at me.

"Mom!" Hanta yelled from inside the house.

"Whoa! Hanta actually got himself a girlfriend?" A tall boy asked, as he came up to us. He looked a few years older than Hanta, and he had shorter hair with an undercut.

"Y/n, these are my brothers. Carlos, and the twins." Hanta said as he came up from behind me with the two boys still stuck to his legs. "Ella no es mi novia." (She's not my girlfriend)

"Which means, fair game." Carlos said and took my hand and kissed it while winking at me.

"Cabron! (Dumbass) Leave the poor girl alone!" A man said as he came up to us, with a flipflop in his hand and smacked Sero's older brother away from me. Just like Sero's mother, he had black hair as well, but he had a lot more gray hair than she does. "It's a pleasure to meet you y/n, Hanta speaks of you quite often." 

"Y/n, this is my father." Hanta introduced us, after taking a moment to groan in agony. 

"It's a pleasure to meet you too." I told him, and shook his hand.

"Hanta's been telling us, that he's been teaching you to dance." His father said, and got a happy look on his face. "May I?" He asked and held his hand out. Without saying anything Sero took my bag, and Sero's dad lead me to an open area on the large porch.

There was already music playing, so Sero's father wrapped his arm under mine, and we started dancing together. After about a minute, we were both comfortable with each other and danced a little more freely. He spun me around before holding my hands and our feet moving together in sync. 

After the song ended, Sero's father laughed and hugged me before kissing my cheek.

"My son has taught you well." His father laughed and let me walk back over to Hanta. 

"Hi." I said, and he took my hand. 

"Come on." He told me and lead me back to the house, and up a set of stairs. He opened a door, and pulled me into the room before closing the it. "This is my room." He said, and stared at me kind of awkwardly. "I'm sorry about my brother. He can be an asshole."

"Carlos?" I asked and he nodded. "It's fine." I laughed and sat on the edge of his bed. He set both of our bags down, and sat down next to me. 

"He's still a major asshole." Sero said, and I laughed. "How many siblings do you have?"

"I have an older brother and sister, the younger twins, and a baby sister." He answered, and I could hear a baby crying. "Speak of the little devil." Sero said and got off his bed and disappeared down the hall. 

I followed the sounds of a baby crying, and walked in to see Sero holding a little swaddled bundle of joy. Sero was talking real quiet to his little sister, and I walked up behind him. He turned to me and started handing me the baby.

I felt myself panicking a little and I felt the baby getting placed into my arms. She continued to cry for a moment, before I used my finger to brush her thick black hair to the side and she quieted down. 

She opened her eyes, and let out a laugh that just absolutely melted my heart.

"She's almost as cute as her big brother." I said and glanced up at Sero and his face went bright red. "I was talking about Carlos." 

"Alright give me the baby." Sero said, he was annoyed, and I curled over her a bit to keep him from grabbing her.

"Noo~!" I whined, and laughed at the same time.
