I sat in the commons area, hugging my knees as I looked out the window. I looked out at the night sky, and watched clouds roll ever so slowly through the air.
"You should get to bed." I heard behind me, and jumped out of my own skin.
"Mr. Aizawa." I said, and put my hand over my heart.
"It's late, and you have school in the morning." He said.
"So do you." I told him, but he didn't seem amused. "Alright, alright." I said and got up. Although I was a third year now, I still had Mr. Aizawa as a teacher because he had been promoted to a third year teacher. Everyone was happy to hear it and get to be back in his class, but Mr. Aizawa hadn't shown much enthusiasm for it.
I was walking towards my room, when I started coughing and ran to the garbage can. I kept coughing and felt a scratching sensation coming up my throat.
Finally it came up, and a beautiful red rose came out of my mouth. I coughed a little more and a couple of straggling petals came out of my mouth. It was progressing, a couple of days ago it was just petals.
"Everything okay?" I heard behind me and I dropped the flower in the trash. I turned to see Aizawa was behind me again.
"Yeah. I guess my dinner sit with me well. I'm going to go to bed now." I said before I rushed to my room. I took a deep breath and threw myself onto my bed.

I took a deep breath before walked through the door of my classroom, and hoped that Mr. Aizawa wouldn't say anything.
"Y/n." I heard before I could head down the row of seats and sit down. I turned and walked over to Mr. Aizawa's desk. "How are you feeling after last night?" He asked me.
"Better." I said and tucked my hair behind my ear. "Still feel a little uneasy, but I'll be fine."
"Alright, just thought I'd check in." He said, and gestured towards my seat, so I could sit down.
"Everything okay?" Mina asked me when I sat down. "What happened last night?"
"Yeah." I said. "I just didn't feel good last night, and got a little sick."
"Are you feeling better now?" She asked, and I nodded to her.
"Alright class." Mr. Aizawa said and we all looked towards the front of the class.
After a while of class, I started getting a tickle in my throat and tried clearing it. But it wouldn't go away. Eventually I started coughing, and then a scratching feeling started crawling up my throat.
I raised my hand, and Mr. Aizawa nodded to me and I ran out of the class room. I busted the bathroom door open and threw myself into a stall and threw up more roses. When I was done, I took a deep breath and pulled a stray petal out of my mouth.
"Y/n!" I heard and Mina stood in the stalls door, looking at the petal.
"Hey, Mina." I said and threw the rose petal into the toilet. Mina helped me off the floor and I went to the sink to clean myself off.
"Who is it for?" She asked me.
"I can't say." I told her.
"Y/n, if you don't do something about this it'll kill you." She said and I could hear she was panicking.
"I know." I said and nodded.
"So who is it for?" She asked me, and I shook my head to her. "Y/n."
"Aizawa." I whispered, and felt like I was going to cry.
"What?" Mina questioned me and I looked at the ground.
"I don't know how it happened." I told her. "I had one stupid little thought. It was a joke! And the next thing I knew I was throwing up petals."
"Y/n, you have to tell him." She said.
"Are you crazy?" I yelled at her. "I can't do that. I just need to get the surgery to make it go away."
"Y/n you can't do that." She told me and rubbed my arms.
"But I can't do anything else about it." I said. "The only other option is to keep quiet and let it grow, and let me die." Mina went to say something, but she didn't know what to say. She pulled me in for a hug, and I held onto her for dear life. "I don't know what to do."
"Shh, it's okay." She told me and rubbed my back. There was a knock on the bathroom door before it opened slightly.
"Y/n? Mina?" The person said, it was Mr. Aizawa.
"Coming." I said and wiped under my eyes, Mina walked out first with me behind her. I went to try and follow Mina back to class, but a hand stopped me.
"Can I talk to you for a minute?" Mr. Aizawa asked, and I sighed. Mina went back to class and gave me a look before disappearing. "Do you want to tell me what's going on?" He asked, and I felt a panic that he had heard what I said in the bathroom.
"What are you talking about?" I asked him, and he held up a rose in his hand. It was the one I threw up last night.
