I laid in my bed, and started waking up as my phone waiting for the alarm to go off saying that I had to get up for school.

It was Monday morning, and Sero had came home earlier yesterday evening, and had been trying to get me to talk to him. He sat outside my dorm for hours trying to get me to talk to him. I was surprised my phone still worked after how much Sero blew my phone up with texts and calls.

But I didn't answer them.

Finally the alarm went off, and I pulled myself out of bed as I listened to outside my door. Everyone was heading towards class already. The best idea I had to avoiding Sero was to arrive to class as close to the bell as I could so he couldn't get a chance to talk to me.

It was that or be completely late, or not show up at all.

I started getting dressed as I heard a knock on my door.

"Y/n, are you in there?" I heard come muffled through the door. It was Sero.

I didn't say anything, and quietly kept getting dressed. I slipped my shoes on, and grabbed my bag. I carefully listened to see if I could hear if Sero was still there. I looked at my watch and I still has time to make it to class, if I ran.

And that's what I did.

I opened the door, and I didn't see Sero anywhere in the hallway. I quickly ran across campus and just as the bell rang I walked into class.

"Jeez, did someone sleep in late or what?" Mina asked and I sat down next to her.

"Yeah." I sighed, and started trying to catch my breath.

"Y/n, why haven't you been returning my calls?" I heard from behind me, but I didn't turn around. And luckily I didn't have to since Mr. Aizawa walked into the room.

"Everyone take your seats." He said and everyone sat down, including Sero. Class started and I kept my head down low. I could feel every time Sero was staring at me.

I felt a small nudge, and looked to see a piece of paper on my desk. Mina quickly pulled her hand away before Mr. Aizawa could see.

I opened the note, and read what she had to say.

'Girl, what's going on with you and Sero? He told us you just suddenly stopped talking to him.'

'Mina, it's really complicated.'

I wrote back to her before I passed the note. She took a minute to respond and pass it back.

'Did he do something? Do you want to talk about it?'

'I can't talk about it.'

I wrote back to her. But this time when she responded, I didn't look at it. I just hid the note away in my pocket, and just dropped the whole conversation.

Once the bell rang, I was the first one out of the classroom.

"Y/n!" I heard from behind me, but I didn't turn to him. I rushed as quickly as I could out of the building and hid behind a tree. "Y/n!" I heard again and I could tell Sero had ran outside looking for me.

I covered my mouth with my hand, and sank down the base of the tree. I carefully took in a deep breath, in hopes that I wouldn't make any noise. After a little while I pulled out a lunch that I had packed last night for myself and started eating.

I couldn't go to the lunch room to eat, which meant I was going to have to find new hiding spots for the whole week. I couldn't risk Sero finding me and trying to talk to me.

For the next four days, I was able to avoid Sero. Arriving late to class, or just on time. At one point I had to crawl out my window to avoid talking to Sero, which made him late to class that morning.

Gabby had been texting me off and on, Carlos had told her what I had said and neither of them told Sero. She was the only one I could go to about this, saying that Sero was heartbroken over what I was doing, but I had no other choice.

Gabby also told me, that Sero wasn't doing well in his practices with Maria and that he was too distracted. This is what Tony wanted out of all of this. He wanted to throw Sero off. And as much as I appreciated the idea that he was thinking about me, it only hurt ten times more that this was affecting him.

After I was done eating I threw my trash away in the trash can that was in the janitor's closet that I had been hiding in, and went to my locker. I opened it to get something out, and a note fell on the floor. I looked down at it and picked it up.

'Please text me or something. Please tell me what I did wrong.

- Sero'

This is what his texts and voicemails sounded like. I crumpled the note and got what I needed out of my locker.

I had been getting notes and phone calls like this all week. And I've cried myself to sleep every night over the frustration of it all. If I had listened to Sero better that night, and watched for Tony better, this could have all been avoided.

But when I shut my locker Sero was right there. I jumped, as he had scared me. But before I could turn and walk away, Sero grabbed ahold of my arms and slammed my back into the wall of lockers.
