Pity Party: Part 23 (Bakugo)

Dr. Grant held the door open for me with a wide smile on his face. I was in for my weight analysis and check up that happened every six months. 

And he had a reason to be smiling, other than his normal goofball self.

"See you kiddo." He said and walked away from me.

I walked back out to the waiting room, and I saw Bakugo sitting on his phone. I started walking over to him, and I looked around me. Everyone in this room, I've seen before. We've all been struggling together for a very long time.

Bakugo looked up once I got closer to him, and saw me. 

"Hey babe, how'd it go?" He asked getting up, and walking to meet me. He gave me a quick peck on my lips, and I pulled him back down to me. I kissed him, and I could feel I surprised his with such a passionate kiss. 

He wrapped his arms around me, and melted into me. After a couple of seconds, we pulled away and he had a dazed look on his face, along with a giant smile.

"What was that for?" He asked me.

"I'm losing weight." I told him, and I could feel myself crying. 

"You are?" He asked me, and I nodded.

"I've lost ten pounds in the last six months." I cried happily and covered my mouth. I felt so giddy, and happy. "The medication actually works." I laughed. 

After so long of taking that stupid medication, my doctor finally revealed the true effect of my medication. Since I had finally started taking it seriously a few months ago. 

I was right about the fact that it would make me hungry, but what I had never known was that it triggers part of my brain into wanting food. After I eat, the feeling doesn't get satisfied, and my body ends up eating away at the extra fat that's been stored throughout my body. 

And in turn, makes me weight after some time of taking the medication.

Though it is a slow process, it is a process that works.

"Baby, that's amazing." Bakugo told me, and hugged me tighter to him. He buried his face in my neck, and I did the same. "I'm so happy for you! But you know your weight, doesn't matter to me right?"

"I know, but after trying for so long." I told him, and sniffed. "It just feels really good."

"I'm so proud of you." He whispered to me, and kissed my neck. "Lets go get frozen yogurt."

"Okay." I told him, and wiped my happy tears away. "Can we take it back to the dorms and watch a movie?"

"Of course." He told me and held my hand as we walked towards a yogurt shop. 

After getting the yogurt, Bakugo wrapped his arm around my waist, and I couldn't stop smiling as we got back to the dorms.

"Y/n, you're glowing!" Mina said as we walked into the common's room. 

"How'd your appointment go?" Kirishima asked, as we walked up over to them on the couch.

In the past six months, I had been getting closer with Mina and Kirishima, and had opened up with Kiri about my anorexia and weight loss issues about two months ago. 

They're both with me one hundred percent of the way, and have been helping me out whenever I needed it. Whether it was to distract me, while Bakugo wasn't around or getting me to eat when I didn't want to. 

Mina's been taking me out every chance she gets, in order to help me boost my confidence more. And she insists on going to every photoshoot I have for my modeling job. She's also been my hype man when it came to dressing up, and has been teaching me how to do make-up more, to help with my confidence.

Kirishima's been taking me to work out with him when Bakugo couldn't. He's also helped both me and Bakugo make meal plans and research healthier alternatives. Kiri's also helped boost my confidence a ton, helping me regain lost muscle mass from me not eating properly for so long.

"I'm losing weight." I said happily. Mina's face lit up, and practically tackled me in a hug.

"That's great." Kiri said, and hugged me as well.

"We should go shopping to celebrate." Mina said as she bounced up and down in excitement. "Oh we can get all the girls, and make it one big trip! Oh this is going to be great!"

"Tomorrow raccoon eyes." Bakugo said putting his hand on her face and pushing her away from me. "Tonight we're having movie night." He said and kissed my cheek.

"Alright! I'll go tell the guys." Kiri said before Bakugo smacked him upside the head.

"No, just us two!" Bakugo yelled at him, and I couldn't help but laugh. 

"I'm going to go get more comfortable." I told Bakugo and he nodded before heading into the kitchen. 

I walked up the stairs to my room, and started changing. But while I was in my closet, I saw my bag from a special lingerie shop. Mina had taken me there during one of her shopping sprees to really get me started on boosting my confidence. But other than trying it on at the store, I hadn't worn my new bra and panty set yet.

I decided to try it on, seeing that it definitely wouldn't hurt to keep my good day rolling. I put it on, and took a look in the mirror. It was a black lingerie set with orange lace and ruffles. And I got to say, I felt better wearing it now then I did when I tried it on at the store.

"Hey, Teddy Bear. I-." Bakugo said as he came into my room, and he stared at me.
