Cia dragged me into the mall. Talagang ipinilit niya sa akin na kailangang kasama ko siya kapag mamimili na ako ng mga damit ko para sa New York. Pinabayaan ko na lang siya dahil dun naman siya masaya. At ngayon na lang ulit kami nakapamasyal nang hindi kasama si Alvin. Halos libutin na namin 'yung buong mall dahil ang daming gustong puntahan ni Cia.

Three days na lang kasi 'yung natitira kong araw dito.

Malapit na akong umalis.

"Tara, umuwi na tayo."

"Wag! Hindi pa pwede!"

"What? Bakit naman 'di pa pwede?" natatawa kong tanong.

"Nothing. Uh, do you want to watch a movie? May bagong premiere ngayon..."

"Ikaw, Cia, ah... You're acting so weird today."

"What? I'm not weird!" she retorted and quickly grabbed my arm and pulled me with her. "I really think we should go and watch a movie before you fly to New York..."

At dahil sobra siyang mapilit, nanood talaga kami ng movie. Kaya nung matapos na at makalabas kami ng mall ay madilim na.

"Can we go home now?" I asked, chuckling.

"Oh, yeah. Sure." She smiled.

While stuck in a traffic, we decided to play some music. Tamang kantahan lang habang walang kausad usad 'yung lecheng traffic.

"Promise me na ihahatid mo ako sa airport."

"Of course!"

"Say you promise first."

"I promise!" sagot niya. "May iba pa bang kasama na maghahatid sa 'yo?"

Tumango ako. "Yeah. Si Val..."

"Oh... okay."

I laughed. "You're still jealous of her?"

"Jealous my ass," she murmured to herself.

I now glanced at her. My right hand left the steering wheel and held her hand. "You know, there's really nothing to be jealous of. Val's just my friend. So please, stop feeling that way?"

Cia slapped away my hand and crossed her arms. "Fine."

I laughed. "Bakit parang hindi naman?"

"Umuusad na!" she replied instead.

I had no choice but to resume to driving. Io-open up ko na lang ulit itong topic mamaya. Seriously... ayoko talagang nagseselos siya kay Val. Of course, Val is my friend and they are both important to me. I just don't want this to come to the point where I'd have to cut off a relationship just to save the other. Wala lang talaga akong gustong alisin sa buhay ko.

"Hindi mo muna ako ihahatid sa bahay. Dun muna ako sa inyo," Cia said out of nowhere.

"Okay?" I just said, kinda weirded out.

So instead of driving to her home, dumiretso na ako papunta sa apartment. Mabilis na lang kaming nakarating sa bahay. Agad kong nai-park nang maayos 'yung aking sasakyan pagkarating namin.

"Surprise!" malakas at sabay-sabay nilang sigaw pagbukas ni Cia ng ilaw.

So... this is why Cia was acting really weird sa mall kanina.
