Ever since we found I was pregnant, Tyler has rarely left my side. I was now eight weeks pregnant.

''Go to your meeting. It's important.''

''Our baby is more important.'' He placed his hands on my stomach.

''Our baby is not due for seven months. How about this? Go to your meeting and then meet me at the hospital.''

''Fine.'' I looked into his eyes and called James into the room, ''James, can you make sure that Tyler attends his meeting, doesn't leave until it's over and doesn't end it before time.'' James nodded as Tyler looked at me with wide eyes.

''Really. A babysitter.''

''Go to your meeting, I will meet you at the hospital.'' I kissed him and he left.

''Mommy, I told my friends I'm going to have a baby sibling. They said once the baby's born, you and daddy won't love me anymore.''

I was shocked, ''baby, I will always love you. You are my first born. Love grows, it doesn't get divided. Plus when the baby born, they will love you and you will love them but my love will never shrink.''

He hugged me, ''thank you mommy.''

I was at the hospital, Tyler wasn't here yet. I was in the medical examination room when a man in scrubs walked in. ''Sorry, Ms Vanve- oh congratulations you recently got married- Mrs Grant.''

He looked up from, what I assumed is, my folder. That's when I really saw his face. He was a rather handsome redhead with slightly tanned skin and dark brown eyes. He was about the same height as Tyler.

''Sorry, I was late.''

I shook my head, smiling, ''no problem and thank you. It's fairly recent 3 months.''

''That must be nice. I need you to confirm some information. This isn't your first pregnancy?''

''No, I have a nine year old son.''

He smiled, ''good age.''

''Yeah, he's the light in my life.'' I showed him my lock screen. ''He's adorable.'' He nodded his head then looked at computer smiling.

''Do you have any children?''

''Not that I know of.''

''Well, they are truly a blessing.'' He nodded as he turned to the computer.

''Were there any complications with your last pregnancy?''

I shook my head, looking up, ''no. Apart from 10 hours of unbelievable pain, it went smooth and he weighed 4kg which they said was normal.''

''You have amazing recall, Mrs Grant,'' his smile was very friendly.

''Thank you and as much as I love hearing that, it's Natasha.''

''Okay, Natasha.'' Just then Tyler came through the door, panting.

''I'm so sorry, mon amour. The meeting overran.''

''It's okay. We've barely started.'' Tyler finally looked at Dr Carlisle. I could tell in his mind, he was not happy that he would be touching me.

He got up to shake Tyler's hand, ''I'm Dr Carlisle. I'm your wife's doctor for this pregnancy. It's nice to meet you.''

''I'm Tyler Grant. Nice to meet you too.''

''Natasha I'm going to need you to left your shirt for me, just to the top of your stomach.'' Tyler smiled as he saw my stomach. He insisted he could something even I was as flat as a sheet of paper. It was so small you wouldn't see it if you weren't looking.

''This might be a bit cold.'' Dr Carlisle said as he squirted the gel on my stomach, making me gasp a bit.

He moved the transducer around my stomach, he pointed to the screen, ''that's your baby.''

I was completely awe struck and judging my Tyler's face he was too. I went through this with Tyson but it doesn't get old and have Tyler with me makes all the better.

''That's our baby,'' Tyler whispered more to himself, ''this is real.''

''It is,'' he smiled at me with tears in his eyes, ''can you see him moving?''

''Him?'' Tyler queried with a questioning look on his face. ''Yeah, not only do I want a boy but I know it's a boy. What do you think?''

''I just want a healthy baby.'' I looked at him with a 'really look' and a few seconds he rolled his eyes, ''I think it's a girl.''

I smiled at the idea, knowing Tyler would spoil her rotten and how protective he will be and imagined him sitting through all her tea parties. ''That would be nice too.''

''Are you going to find out the gender,'' Dr Carlisle asked.

''No, we are very adamant to keep it a surprise. We were thinking about not doing an ultrasound but for the baby's safety we thought it was for the best.''

''If you want I could keep everything a surprise and only tell you the essential?''

We thought on it a while, ''that would be amazing.''

He nodded and made a note, ''would you like to hear the heartbeat?''

''Of course.'' We say in sync.

Suddenly the sound of a hearted filled the room. ''Very strong heartbeat, rather loud in fact.''

The sound of our baby's heartbeat was like all the angels in heaven singing in perfect harmony.

After we watched the monitor for a few more moments, Dr Carlisle cleaned my stomach and we were on our way.

''How was the appointment?'' James asked as he looked at us through the rear view mirror.

''It was amazing, James.''

''Yeah I still can't believe our baby is in there.'' He gesture to my stomach where his hand laid.

''God help this baby if it's a girl.''

''Why, Mrs?'' James looked confused as he focused on the road, so did Tyler.

''Because if it's a girl. Tyler would practically lock her in a tower.''

They both smiled and Tyler said, ''well I can have that arranged.''

I playfully hit his arm, ''I was joking,'' I raised an eyebrow, ''I was.''

''I'm proud of you.''

''For what.''

''For not going crazy. I know it's harder for you but it means a lot to me.''

''I would change my entire genome for you.'' I smiled. I can't wait to start my life with him.
