Chapter 57 - How is she alive?

Malik was so pleased to see the father Dragon return to save him once again. He knew for a fact that he had a worthy ally now that is willing to attack his very own son for Malik. At that very Moment Nathaniel, Gabriel, and James arrived on their horses. " THAT DRAGON SAVED OUR LIFE, YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN HIM BACK THERE" yelled James. "You should have seen him here" responded Malik. Amelia had quickly recovered after such a powerful tornado she made earlier and walked to the Dragon and Malik. "Thanks, Prometheus," she said " Prometheus?, you know this Dragon? and how can you talk to him? " asked Malik. "You can talk to Dragons?" asked Gabriel. " I will answer all your questions once we get out of this horrible area, our heroes got back on their horses and Amelia jumped on with his son and they all rode off back towards James's home town to settle down and discuss what's next and hear Amelia's story.

An hour later of riding down the mountain, and they could spot the people and homes. They all seemed terrified as they walked back into their homes. "What's going on here," asked Malik. "They must have heard and seen the tornado and explosions" "THERE IS NOTHING TO FEAR, THE BEAST IS GONE" yelled James as he hoped the people would hear him and trust him. Prometheus had earlier transformed back into his bird form and was sitting on Amelia's shoulder. They arrived back to the stables and allow the horses to rest and eat. They all walked back to the Inn and had made a fire to warm up as the sun was coming down. James had gone to the local food merchant and had paid them handsomely to prepare a feast for his friends. Once the group was all together sitting in a circle around the warm fire, eating to their hearts content a variety of meat, fruit, wine, and loaves of bread. Amelia began speaking " First of all, I need to say, Thank you all of you for taking care of Gabriel, Prometheus has spoken to me and informed me he was travelling with you. " No we need to be grateful of him, without Gabriel, I don't think we would still be here, he is a powerful brave honourable sorcerer and friend to us and Columbus. Gabriel had turned a bright red and was smiling at all the people he cared about around him. Amelia continued speaking "Yes he really is special ", "So you were going to tell us about your history with Promethus" said Nathaniel. Prometheus stood next to Amelia watching the group. "There is something you should know, I can speak to Prometheus only because I have used a spell my mother taught me when she lived among the Dragons in a time of peace. That was before Servic here killed them all except for Prometheus and his son Morpheus. I only survived thanks Prometheus, he has been an incredible friend to me, ge saved my life. He had shapeshifted into a bird and entered my cell when I was captured by the King of Zorka. On the day of my executioning, he had the Idea to turn a nearby spider into my human form in the last minute. The King was so furious and desperate to end my life, he did not notice the spider's strange behaviour. Promethus had transformed me into a bird also and we both flew out through the bars of my cell and that is how I escaped being executed, and how me and Promethus are friends and how I can communicate with him." said Amelia.

"That is absoloutely incredible" replied Malik. "So, I hear you're the next King of Columbus" "Yes I am, I don't know if Gabriel has had the opportunity to tell you yet, But I, James, Nathaniel and Gabriel are on a Journey to save the King and Queen of Columbus, and take down Servic and Morpheus. We needed to Capture all 10 Stones that belonged to the Dragons that were slaughtered. We have 9, but 1 is inside the Abandoned Castle of Lake mareotis. "Uhhh Malik, we may have neglected to tell you the fact that Prometheus has the Ruby stone inside him..." "WHAT" yelled Malik, "How did that happen?" he asked, "He was not strong enough to take down Sadon. So we had to do something to help him. "How are we going to get the stone out of him then without killing him?" said Malik. Amelia began discussing with Prometheus, and replied with " I know how ".
