Chapter 67 - An Unexpected Unwelcomed Enemy

Gabriel was terrified because he saw what happened to Malik and thought he was dead; Gabriel was over the trees looking for his friends, but the trees were all covering the ground and somewhere on fire. Gabriel was getting tired of using his levitation spell and needed to go down, he quickly yelled "JAMES", James heard the message and could tell it was far away, he pulled out his bow and took out his only explosive arrow left. He saw a tiny opening through the trees and lit the explosive and "SWOOSH", the arrow flew up in the air and "BOOM", Gabriel saw the explosive and flew in that direction, Nathaniel quickly put his fingers to his mouth and blew, "PHEW" a loud whistle echoed through the trees and Jeffrey came out running, "Take me to the horses" soon after Gabriel came down through the trees and saw James up against a tree, "James are you okay?" "yes, and No, my leg is fucked" "Here I can help" Gabriel began chanting his infamous healing life spell he did on Nathaniel when he got poisoned, "Earth below, the sky above, Fill the dark of night with love. Nathaniel was pulling Malik's horse and James Gabriel's. they were out of their fast, they could still distinctively hear Morpheus and Cerberus fighting in the background.

Nathaniel needed to get to a river or somewhere safe to get Malik and Gabriel to wake up. As our heroes were getting out of the whispering woods James Yelled "were about 10 minutes from Lake Mareotis" "SWOOSH" James and Nathaniel began levitating off their horses, "What the fuck" said Nathaniel. "Gabriel is that you" yelled James, "Nope, just little ol me" came a female voice from the trees, "Jeffrey Jumped off Malik's horse and ran for the trees. "WHO ARE YOU" Yelled James, "SHOW YOURSELF" yelled Nathaniel it was Adeline as she emerged from the trees, "YOU" yelled Nathaniel. "I almost died last I saw you, Servic had to protect you," said Nathaniel "I DON'T NEED PROTECTING" yelled Adeline. She had both hands up, each hand controlling each knight in the air. "You know Seric told me not to kill you," she said, "Yeah and you do everything he tells you to do you Bitch" replied James. "I'll have your tongue for that, I do WHAT I WANT, NOBODY TELLS ME WHAT TO DO, tell hades I'll see him soon" Adeline began choking James and laughed cynically. "LET HIM GO" yelled Nathaniel. She continued laughing and was still taking the life from James. This was 2 days in a row James was close to dying by suffocation. He was turning blue, Nathaniel turned away, Malik and Gabriel were still knocked out, it seemed like the end for James. Adeline was so focused on causing James pain and suffering before she killed him, she didn't notice Jeffrey sneaking up on her, "CHOMP", Jeffrey bit hard on Adeline's leg causing her to lose connection, Nathaniel and James both fell to the ground abruptly, "AAGHH, GET OFF ME" yelled Adeline, Nathaniel ran as fast as he could towards Adeline while she was busy with Jeffrey. He ran and pulled out his sword and slashed away, "AGH" she used her other hand to launch him away, then she aims her hand at Jeffrey and launches him away as well, "MY HAND, YOU BASTARD", Nathaniel dashes again towards her but she was ready this time. She levitates him and spins him around, she pulls his sword in midair, just as she was about to strike him with his own sword, "PEW" an arrow shoots right into her hand. "FUCK" she drops Nathaniel and runs, Nathaniel falls almost landing right on his sword. James gets on his horse and pulls an arrow out of his quiver and cuts the ripe attached to Gabriel's horse, James throws his bow onto his back and yells "JEFFREY, LET'S GO" He Dashes in the Direction of Nathaniel, " SWORD " he yells, Nathaniel throws the sword up and James catches it perfectly, "I'm Killing this Bitch"

Jeffrey runs up ahead looking for Adeline's sent, and it was easy as his whole face was covered in her blood. Jeffrey run through some trees with James behind. Eventually after 2 minutes of running Jeffrey catches up to Adeline who was on the edge of Lake Mareotis, trying to levitate herself over the lake, but failing horribly, she begins yelling in pain, Just as she turned around to see Jeffrey's sharp canines again, she yells, aims her cut hand at the ground and up she went just out of Jeffrey's reach.

He knew the water was bad because he saw the bone disintegrate when James first tested the water. James emerged through the trees and jumped off his horse when he saw Adeline flying slowly towards the Castle. He threw the sword in the sand and pulled out his bow

He noticed he had 1 arrow left, he took a deep breath, Aimed... FIRE, James's Arrow went flying into the sky, It was heading right for Adeline, he was hoping it would hit and cause her to fall into the lake completely destroying her. But he dodges out of the way last moment, "AGHH" yelled James, the arrow flies right past her and into the castle. Adelina is still screaming and bleeding in pain. She barely makes it into the castle. She falls onto the floor hard and screaming in pain. She takes off her top to wrap around her bleeding and slowly pulls out the arrow but before she could do that. "UMPH" an arrow pierces through Adeline's chest... It was not James. It was Queen Athina, she saw James's arrow fly in and picked it up and heard Adeline's screams. "This is what you deserve, you traitor bitch", she pulls the other arrow out of Adeline's hand and yanks it into her chest again. "Rot in hell", Adeline falls to the ground and dies... As usual the power stone fall out of her mouth and Queen Athina instantly recognizes it and knew it was one of the Dangerous gems. She grabbed a bowl and slowly scraped it off the ground and ran to the edge of the castle to see James for a far waving.
