Chapter 58 - Back at Lake Mareotis

Queen Athina had been at the Abandoned Castle for several days now waiting to be rescued and living with the Amethyst Stone holder. They both, you could almost say became close. They talked all day and worked together even tho Servic instructed not to let the Queen out. On one occasion the Queen had almost memorized the routine of her keeper when she began working on an escape. She knew that there was no getting off the island due to the lake being filled with toxic water. But she knew there would be a time when there was an opportunity to escape. Every time she was let out she had moments to herself. She had gained the trust of Adelina (Amethyst stone holder), she would gather materials to great a tool to escape once her cage was locked. Queen Athina was the Daughter of a metal worker, When she was younger she would work with her father creating all sorts of tools and items.

But that life was left behind when she met King Valentino and she became Queen of Columbus. But it had been 2 months since she has been treated like royalty and now had to revert to working with her hands and fending for herself. The Queen was extremely worried about the King thinking he was starving and thirsty. She really cared for him and had hoped he found a way out. Luckily for King Valentino, he had a very crafty wife, When Servic removed the Queen from her cage, she had given him a hug that was completely fake just to get close enough to steal his keys. She had told him, "please son let me say goodbye to your father one last time" Queen Athina had ran over to her husband's cage and kissed him through the rib cages, and secretly had given him the keys, doing her best to be quiet about it and not to let them jingle. "HURRY UP" Servic yelled. The Queen turned around and followed Servic onto Morpheus and they headed off to Lake Mareorits.

Once the coast was clear the King had used the keys through the ribs and unlocked the door. "thank you honey" he whispered to himself. The King had grabbed his things and walked out of the Den, He was starving for real food and water and had immediately gone down to a river he passed over when he escaped the first time. He had completely submerged his head in the water and began drinking like he had never had water in his life. At that exact moment, from all the drinking he hadn't noticed some men walking by upstream, they had noticed the King and began whispering to each other. There were 7 men all dressed in big sheep's clothing and leather straps, they all had swords and were armed. They began walking towards our thirsty King and said " IT'S THE KING OF COLUMBUS, GET HIM " yelled their leader. King Valentino saw the 7 men and immediately recognized their crest and knew it was soldiers from Zorka. He got up and ran for the trees in hopes to lose the men, the chase lasted for over 20 minutes, just running through the trees and over rocks. But King Valentino was too tired, hungry and not so young anymore. He, unfortunately, got caught and was taken kidnapped by the soldiers back to Zorka.

Servic had just been thrown in by Malik into Lake Mareotis and his skin began sizzling and felt hot, he knew he had to get out of there quick. He quickly began swimming to shore and felt useless as he didn't have any powers without his spear. He was seriously struggling, the only reason why he was still alive was due to the alexandrite stone healing properties was still inside him from his fight with Malik. He knew he wouldn't make it, the Acid was getting into his mouth he was finding it hard to breath. SWOOOSH, Servic flew up into the air above the lake still feeling like his skin was melting off, Adelina had seen and heard Servic's struggle. She saw him from the castle walls and with her hands she aimed towards servic and lifted him up and over the water and brought him in the castle. "WHAT HAPPENED" yelled Adelina. "MY FUCKING BROTHER, THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED", "What can I do help" she said, "Get my Mother" replied Servic. Adelina levitated herself up to the watchtower and released Queen Athina and brought her down to see her son, with peeling skin and blisters all over. "What happened to you" she asked, "Your Son, threw me in the lake" "Malik is here??" she replied semi exitedly, " NO , HE'S GONE AND SO WILL YOU IF YOU DON'T HELP ME" he yelled, the Queen turned to Adelina and said "Get me some green aloe vera and lermur spiked vines, I saw them on the other side of the lake, on the east side", and thats just what she did, she levitated herself up and over the lake and gathered the 2 items she was requested to get.

Queen Athina decided it was for the best to stay quiet and to try not to anger Servic any further, she noticed him on the floor and saw on his belt numerous weapons varying from daggers, shurikens, and knives, she decided it was the perfect time to steal one of these small blades and hide it under her dress, Adelina quickly returned with the 2 plants and Queen Athina quickly crushed them together into a small paste and applied them onto the areas that were most affected, "Ughh What is this" replied Servic, "it's just to cool down the skin and relieve pain", Servic had telepathically communicated with Morpheus and knew he was on his way with the spear. Morpheus was So fast in the air, he arrived 2 hours later, which would of taken a normal person over 2 weeks to travel that distance. Servic saw Morpheus fly above him with the spear in his claw. Adelina quickly pulled the spear from his grasp and handed it over to Servic, the second Servic had the spear in his hand, he instantly began to glow red and green, he was enraged and began healing simultaneously. Servic was so furious he instantly stood up wiped away the paste his mother rubbed onto him and punched a nearby rock pillar, smashing it to pieces.

" I WILL KILL THAT SON OF A BITCH IF ITS THE LAST THING I DO" he yelled, Morpheus stood next to him said "My Father is back, They must all be killed" He blew a huge fire burst in the sky and began flying around looking for food. Servic turned to Adelina and thanked her for helping him out of the lake, and said take my mother back to her cage. He turned back towards the water and felt something missing and yelled "MY KEYS ARE GONE".
