Chapter 71 - Distressing Signal

Back at the Whispering woods, Morpheus was in seriously bad shape, he was in the fight of his life. He tried using his lightning ability on Cerberus but nothing, It didn't even phase him, he then tried getting out of his mouth with brute force but Cerberus's Jaws were too strong. Morpheus was getting mauled, chunks of his leg and tail and body were getting ripped off, he tried blowing fire but nothing. The only thing he could do was go into his Opal stone ghost form and swiftly flew up and over the trees. Morpheus quickly lost his shadow ability as he was dying, He was bleeding everywhere, he was slowly healing but dying faster. Morpheus was so weak, he barely managed to fly out of those woods but not very far. He quickly opened his mouth and fired ice to stick all over his wounds to stop the bleeding, but Morpheus was too heated. Nobody knows what stone Morpheus was born with except for himself and his family. It was the Inferno amber stone. His body was always hot and Ice just melted the second it touched his scaly body. Morpheus could barely stand, He was bleeding all over the place, he ROARED in distress, Servic sensed the cry for help, and was on his way at lightning speed. But not only Servic heard the signal, but Prometheus had also felt it, He jumped out of Amelia's bag and quickly transformed to his Dragon form. "WHERE ARE YOU GOING," she asked "I Sense Morpheus nearby," Prometheus said to Amelia, "Amelia was very close to Columbus and yelled " Wait 1 minute" she picked up King Valentino in his mouse form for Prometheus to change, The King had gone back to his human form and said " I NEVER WANT TO BE A DAMN RAT AGAIN, but thank you for saving my life, who are you?" said the King. "Long story, can you get to Columbus from here," "I can try" he replied but the King could barely stand, and Amelia quickly chanted the life spell. Several moments later the spell was completed.

Theking felt like himself again, he quickly got up and thank them both, and ranfor Columbus. Amelia jumped onto Prometheus and they both flew towardsMorpheus.
