Lihim ko silang sinundan sa lawa.
I saw Hina. Nakaupo siya sa harap ng lawa habang si Pele ay nakatayo sa gilid niya mukhang seryoso ang usapan nila.
Lumapit pa ako ng konti hindi naman nila malalaman na narito ako dahil magaling akong magtago ng presensya.
"What do you mean Hina? Mama lied to me?! She told me that the two of you died! The guards killed you! How come she did lied to me?!" Gigil na sigaw ni Pele.
I saw My Hina remain silent facing the lake.
"Pele. Nagusap si mama at tita tungkol sa pagtakas. We both knew that we are not capable on running just because we are inside of that damn test tubes. Nagusap sila na hindi mo malalaman na buhay kaming nakatakas. Mas gustuhin pa ni tita na magsinungaling sayo keysa ang hanapin kami." Hina said
What test tube she's talking about?! What the actual fvck?!
"Hina alam mo naman na bestfriends tayo bakit hindi ka tumutol?!" Sigaw niya kay Hina.
"Because.....Papa.....wants you" malamig na sagot ni Hina.
Gulat ang rumihestro sa mukha ni Pele.
"Wh..what do you me-mean Hina?" He ask. Tiningala niya si Pele.
"Because you are the seventh ace a successful ace that papa wants and you are the last ace expirement Pele. The lightning ace." Tulalang nakatitig si Pele kay Hina.
I almost lose my balance sa narinig ko. Did Hina knows what happen 300 years ago?
"Today the world was ruled by a numbers just because of papa's will and just because Rexous activated the "AUTHENTICATION COUNT" sabi niya. Natigilan ako. Dahil rin sa akin?!
Ganito na ba ako kasama para ako ang maging dahilan ng paghari ng mga numero sa mundong ito?!
"Hina does he know? I mean does he knows your whole secret? Why? Why di you let papa do such thing to you? Instead it was for me?!" I saw Pele broke down and fell in his knees.
My Hina keeps her tender smile still facing the lake.
"I don't want him to know Pele. But sooner or later baka malalaman niya rin." Maikli niyang sabi kay Pele.
"Do you remember those syringes that contain a different kind of liquid?" She ask. Pele just nodded.
"Those syringes contain the blood of ancient dragons" sabi ni Hina. Da.dragons? Dragon exist?!
"A.ancient dragons?! Hina dragons aren't existed in human world! Are you insane?!" Galit na sabi ni Pele kay Hina.
"I hope they don't exist. Don't you remember ng araw na iyon na ikaw sana ang isasalang sa ibang expirement testing?" Pele nodded.
"I protested" sagot ni Hina.
Kita ang gulat sa mga mata ni Pele mas lalong umiyak si Pele
"I..I'm so sorry Hina" palahaw na iyak ni Pele.
"I recieved all of those liquid. I collapsed. My heart, my organs give up and my body shut down after many testings they conducted through my small body." May lungkot sa boses ni Hina.
"I always beg papa and tita Ferinda to stop but they aren't listening" Ferinda? That bitch?! Is she with Schmerman?!
"Rexous did not succeed in killing my mama because my real father was one of the legendary ace the 3rd ace. Eventhough hindi sumalang si papa sa ace surgery, Mr. Schmerman did the injectables when papa is in his deep sleep. Same with your papa. Mama hide me inside a perfect tube which she created together with my papa don't you know even if I am still not fully complete fetus my memories are intact? I still remember Rexous face when his in a killing intent mode." Mahabang sabi niya.
Pilit kong inaabsorb lahat ng mga naririnig ko sa kanya.
"Do you know I found out my weakness Hina? I mean I feel in so much power yet I feel weak when she's around do you know what does it mean?" Pele ask Hina curiously.
Hina give him a soft laugh.
"Ace compatibility" maikling sagot ni Hina kay Pele. I saw Pele's face turn into a bright red tomato.
"Papa told me about the ace compatibility. In short soulmate. I know Rexous felt it too when he met me. Well lahat naman tayo bago sa atin ang makaramdam ng romantic excitement Pele but since you're an ace iba ang pakiramdam mo." Pang-aasar sa kanya ni Hina.
"As if naman hindi ka ace Hina!" Angal ni Pele.
"Hindi nga." Natulala ako. She's not an ace?! Then what?
Should I ask her? But I choose to hide in this thick tree trunk to know what happen 300 years ago. Now I know Hina and Pele both lives 300 years.
But how can I face her now?
