(Minnie pov) (first day back after holidays)
As the train rolled into the familiar setting of Hogwarts, I leaned up and opened the window before sticking my head out. My hair was flowing viciously, but it still felt nice nevertheless.
"Feeling good?" I pull myself back into the compartment and shut the window, I turn my head and smile at Oliver excitedly. My hair bounces as I sat myself down.
"Yeah!" I giggled, "how does it look?" Oliver grins at me as I show him my hair, "do I look good?"
"Fantastic," he replies as I shake my curly hair, making my glasses fly off my face and on to the ground.
"Crap where are-"
Crunch!
We both froze before I lift my foot to hear some glass hit the floor.
"Oh bloody hell," I whined, I accidentally stood on my glasses and crushed them.
"Oh, dear," Oliver said as I squinted, "we can't fix them until we get into Hogwarts," he said awkwardly.
"Guess you're gonna have to hold my hand until we go to the common room." I told him before chuckling, "Aw man, I can't read now." I whine while Oliver laughs.
-
"What's it like without your glasses?" Oliver asks me, I squint at the blurry figure sitting opposite me.
"Blurry." I answer before we both laugh.
"Hey!" I heard the door open and I squinted, "can I sit with you guys?"
"Is that Lee?" I asked.
"Yes, bonehead," Lee replies as I felt the seat dip beside me. "Did you lose your glasses?"
"I stepped on them, now I'm blind," I told him.
"Oh dear," he said, he takes them out of my hands, "you can't fix these, they're completely shattered, even with oculus reparo."
"Great." I grumbled, "no sight."
"Oliver, I'm sure can be your guide human until we get you a new pair." Lee replies.
"Oh yeah every morning, unless Fred and George-"
"-Don't even finish that sentence," I point my finger, but Lee moves my arm slightly, "thanks." I whispered, "ahem, don't you dare say they're responsible for me."
"How 'bout Johnson?" Oliver asks me.
"Perfect, or you can, Lee, we're in the same classes after all." I mentioned.
"Oh yeah." We all laughed as he grins.

Rumours spread around school so quickly as soon as we got back into the castle from holidays that another student was in the hospital wing.
But, the false alarm was that it was just Hermione who was in the hospital because she was half cat by something unknown, Ron and Harry won't say why or what happened.
"Come on, Minnie," I had a slight grip on Oliver's arm and hand as he guides me through the school.
"The stairs are going to be the worse," I grumbled as he halts, "oh good god where are we?" I asked him worriedly.
"Stairs, okay step," I nod as I stepped and he pulls me up and then we started walking before he yanks me back softly.
"Almost jumped off," he told me casually and I groaned, "I know," he whined in a mocking tone.
