(June)
(Minnie pov)
I stare up into the sky, mindlessly strumming my guitar strings as my mind fell blank. Something in the sky was wrong, this was wrong... what is goin—
"AH!" I cried, almost falling out of the window as I drew in a large gasp, gripping the wood beside me. My leg was burning so badly, I heard Monty jump up and cry at me, "Shh, Shh, baby, it's okay." I said to him, "I'm— AH!" I drop my guitar by accident as I grip my thigh.
I was alone, the boys were out for the day to visit Lee, I wish I could've gone so I could see him, but work needed to be done.
"Monty, Monty, I'm fine, Shh, Shh!" I smile as I pet him, but he still kept crying at me. "Bubba cat, I'm fine, it's my leg." I said to him.
Then, I remembered my ring.
"Fred," I sobbed, "I need Fred." I touch my ring and choked on my sobs as I put pressure on the cool ring with my finger tips.
"Help." I croaked to my ring, "come on, Fred." I wobbled as I stood up and then took off my pants to see my dark mark burning, it was causing my leg to blister and swell up.
"What—" I touched it and a blister filled with blood bursts. "Ah!" My leg was going back to how it used to look, my skin was searing in pain as it looked mauled by scars reopening.
"What the hell is going on?!"
(Fred pov)
I hiss in pain before looking at my hand, my ring was crimson red, my eyebrows crease. "What's wrong?" Lee asked, setting his bottle of butterbeer down.
"Somethings not right at home," I reply, "I'll be right back okay, my rings never done this before." I told them.
"Yeah, yeah, sure see you later," Lee said, looking worried. I nod as I then disapparated out of his house.
Crack!
"Alice?!" I ran up the stairs to hear her crying, "Minnie? What's wro— OH MY MERLIN!"
Blood.
Blood everywhere.
"It- won't- stop!" She heaves out in cries as her hands, covered in her own blood shake.
I look at her leg, my eyes widened even more before I ran to Minnie and picked her up.
"Let's get you into the bathroom," she clung on to me while I raced out of the room and went into the bathroom.
"It- hurts- so- badly!" I turned the shower on and put it to cold. I sat her down on the floor and she screamed, grabbing my arm.
"Come on, honey, come on, it's okay," I coo, I touched her thigh, it was on fire, "bloody hell."
"Ha ha, very funny— ARGH!" She hit her head into the tiled wall a few times until I stopped her. "Something... something isn't right, Fred." She told me, panting slightly from the pain. "The sky! Have you seen it?"
"What's wrong with the sky?" I ask her worriedly.
"My leg is feeling like it's being torn apart and the sky is almost black, it's not even nighttime yet." She said.
"You don't think—" she nods her head, "bloody hell."
"Something has happened." I touch her thigh again, it wasn't cooling down. "Somethings—" her head went limp, so did her body.
"Alice!" I said, stunned as I caught her, "bloody hell." I propped her back up and then moved her leg so it would be under the water better.
I heard a small meow, so I turn my head to see Monty trotting in. "Hi kitty." He meows again, then goes into the freezing shower as he crawls up to her face and nudged her chin. Not caring that I was drenched in water, I got into the shower and sat beside Minnie, pushing her head on to my shoulder.
