The Hover-Bus was a new series of luxury vehicles that had been built by BHRVC for the Imperial Government. If the design was well accepted, they were sure all Provincial governments and many of the Nobles would order the same.
The bus was divided into two parts, the driver and security would sit in the front and the remaining area was the passenger area. In this case, the Passenger area had a set of 4 Sofa Seats facing each other, with a coffee table in the middle. At the back, were 3 workstations, one Holovision Projector Screen, a Pantry to make and serve any food that may be needed.
Dusk sat on one of the sofas, Catherine on the one next to her and Rosemary sat on the opposite side, giving them dirty looks. The seat was made of the best leather and had a soft AI controlled memory-foam. As soon as the vehicle started, the memory foam curled around her legs to hold her in place in comfort and the top of the seat curved inwards to make a secure hold around her shoulder. Dusk was surprised but when she saw the other 2 seats doing the same, she realised that this was a more comfortable version of Seat Belts used in her Hover-Car.
"Princess, I am sor..." Dusk started, but was cut off by Rosemary.
"Don't say anything! Just shut up. I don't want to hear any pathetic excuse you make at this time. Not here anyway..." Rosemary growled.
"But Sis, it was not our fault! She needed clothes. She has to stay back another 2 days. She can't wear the same clothes, can she?
"You! You... You better be quiet! You have been doing nothing but causing trouble." Rosemary shouted at Catherine, who became very upset. Rosemary was her partner in crime all along, going shopping, parties, vacation trips, so hearing Rosemary shout at her in an uncharacteristic manner was unsettling.
"What did I do?"
"What? Why were you there for the meeting the night of the Ball? Why were you at the Airport? Why are you doing all this? You even informed Julien about the discussion Dusk was having at the college! Can't you ever mind your own business?" Rosemary shouted.
Catherine started crying at the harsh words of her cousin sister and Dusk immediately felt sorry for the young girl and reached out to comfort her. But she brushed Dusk's hand aside and looked defiantly at Rosemary.
"Yes, it's a good think I spoke to Julien. He at least tells me things. He helps me out. YOU, on the other hand, don't care anymore because you got a business to keep you busy. Why will I tell you? I will tell Julien."
Dusk looked at both of them and cried out, with her hands on both of her cheeks, "You mean, you did not approve the Futurista deal? I signed it because you approved of it! Techredulous has to pay $2 million for it!"
"Oh, HEAVENS DUSK! Of course, I approved it. I signed the damned thing too. Just get out of that miserable mindset where you cry every time there is a dollar sign on a paper!"
"What? How can you say something like that to Sister Dusk? That is so mean!" Catherine protested unhappily.
"YOU? The less you say the better! What were you thinking? Going to a place like that in Ambrosia? Why did you take Dusk there? Some miserable hovel-shop!" Rosemary screamed at her.
"HEY! I took her there. She did not even know it existed. I realise now that it was wrong of me to take the Princess there, but it is not a 'Hovel Shop'! It is a respectable place where lots of common people buy things."
"Common People!" Rosemary remarked with a snort, "Catherine is not common people. Do you realise that? We are trying to take you up from the common citizen level to something respectable and you want to drag her down to that level?"
