There was a personal letter sent by the Crown Prince to the parents of every guest at the Cartier Manor Party.
"As you are aware, there was a certain incident that has taken place at Cartier Manor when your Son / Daughter *** was present. The plot targeted a set of persons each of who know that they were among the targets because of the behaviour of the perpetrators.
However, this is an official order to you as Parents, not to question your child on the matter and not to question any other Parent whether their child was involved. Further, this letter is received by you in confidence and is not to be shared with others. This is the only way we can keep the matter confidential and protect the interests and long-term reputation of the children.
Any violation of this order will result in your Prosecution.
Best Regards
Julien Lidwig

During the first week of the 'Grounding', Dusk and Susco were not allowed to leave the Occulta Palace. Catherine thew a tantrum each time they decided to go to work, so Lord Sunjune assigned them place in the Palace to study or work. It irritated Dusk that Catherine was behaving badly and restricting everyone's movement just because she herself was grounded. She wanted to rebel against the restrictions, but when she tried to put her foot down, puppy-faced begging by Catherine always made her back down.
Even their morning Military Training happened in the Occulta Palace. The Marshall came right on time, every day! Crator was called in as a 'Sparing Partner' and the Marshall found his fitness not up to the mark and he was ordered back to regular full training. (He cursed Catherine for days thereafter). Susco woke up one day and came to see and the Marshall got her into the training too, much to Catherine's satisfaction and Susco's horror. Thereafter, Susco was woken up every day to join the training. Fortunately, the Marshall gave her an easier training, for obvious reasons.
They spent the days in the sophisticated meeting room with holographic meeting imaging capabilities. They ordered all the other offices to add the same thing in one of the conference rooms so they can have meetings. For really important matters the concerned persons would come to Oculta Palace to meet Dusk and Susco.
Apart from her course attendance, Dusk continued working, planning for the new factories and struggling to enhance the capacity of the companies to generate the volume of production the customers wanted.
The new land had been identified, acquired. They did not need to pay for it, it was given free by the current Governor of Arcadia in order to 'Get new manufacturing business and employment into the province'. The factory was located near both Longburn and Thurq, but located more towards the western side of the Province.
One day, Rosemary landed up with a bunch of "City Master Planners" and a richly dressed girl of her own age. The girl had coppery red hair, beautiful almond shaped eyes, fair skinned, wearing form fitting designer leather jacket and pants, brown leather riding boots and fur lined stole around her neck. Rosemary said that they would discuss the layout of the new city, and connectivity of the city to other places by way of MagLev Lines, roads, highways, a new Airport (even Tarq didn't have one). The new Airport would serve as an important facility for 20 villages and small towns in the area apart from Tarq and Mortivue (a city located on the other side of the planned factory).
Rosemary introduced the new girl as 'Her Highness, Princess Scarlet Lidwig', the proposed Governor of Arcadia and elder daughter of the eldest son of the Emperor, Jules Lidwig. Dusk found Scarlet to be fidgety and apparently uncomfortable in the presence of them all. She wondered whether Princess Scarlet was not comfortable because she was in Regis (she lived in the northern province), or whether she did not like to interact with commoners like Dusk and Susco. To make the matters worse, Catherine kept a steady distance from her, refusing even to acknowledge her.
