After a three hour production meeting Evaline had a pounding headache. "Hey, I'm gonna go get something for my head," she told Brad. "Okay, I'll finish loading the car," he told her as he loaded cases into his car.
Hurrying towards Rudy's trailer where she knew there was a bottle of Tylenol she mentally went through what she might need for the off location shoot for the day. Her bag was back in Brad's car and it already had snacks, sunscreen, a baseball hat, bug repellent, and a bottle of water.
Deciding to grab another bottle of water she opened the trailer door and stepped into the cool air only to stop short at the sight of a girl sitting on his couch, "Oh, um, I wasn't expecting anyone to be here," Evaline said, confused.
Smiling the girl held her hand out, "Hi, I'm Teo, a friend of Rudy's," she introduced herself as Evaline took her hand and shook it, "He's changing," she said pointing to the closed bathroom door, "But I'll let him know he's needed on set," she told Evaline.
Blinking Evaline shook her head, "I'm not here to make sure he gets to set on time. He's a big boy he can do that himself," Evaline responded, before stepping to the bathroom door and banging on it, "Rudy I need my Tylenol," she called through the door.
As soon as the door opened Evaline shoved her way past him, grabbed the bottle off the small shelf, and headed back out the door of the trailer. "Hey, what's up?" Rudy questioned, hurrying down the steps after her.
"Nothing, I've gotta get back to Brad and you obviously have to get back to your guest," she replied, keeping her gaze straight ahead.
"Evaline, she's just a friend," he attempted to reassure her as he grabbed her arm to stop her. Scoffing Evaline turned a deadly glare on him, "Just a friend that you dated for what was it like two years?" she retorted.
"How do you know that? I've never told you about her," he asked, confused.
"Seriously? Your ex girlfriend is sitting in your trailer and you want to discuss how I know about her?" she questioned, rolling her eyes, "Although while we're on that subject why didn't you tell me yourself and if you didn't tell me about her did you at least tell her about me?" she asked.
Sighing Rudy ran a hand through his hair, "I haven't gotten a chance," he began before she cut him off. "Right," she nodded, backing away from him. "Look she came out with Cheryl. I didn't know she was coming and of course I'm gonna tell her about us I just didn't get a chance to. In fact at breakfast," he was saying before she interrupted him.
"You know what. I've got a fucking killer headache and Brad's waiting for me so I don't really care about this right now," Evaline told him, before turning and walking as fast as she could away from him and the situation.
Slamming Brad's door Evaline buckled her seat belt as he looked at her, "What did that door do to you?" he joked. "Sorry," she mumbled.
"Hey you okay?" he questioned as he started the car and headed to the scene location. "Just a headache," she replied, popping two Tylenol in her mouth and washing them down with some of her water, "Shit, I forgot another bottle of water," she muttered.
