"So you're really okay with shooting these pictures today?" Rudy asked for like the thousandth time since they'd gotten back from set an hour ago. Rolling her eyes Evaline told him again that she was good taking pictures of his ex-girlfriend, "We talked. We're cool," she told him as she stood with her hands on her hips looking at the rigged back drop she'd created in her room.
"I'm gonna have to take a trip to my dad's and get the rest of my stuff," she commented, "I actually have a portable back drop with different shades," she told him, "I didn't really think I'd need it here."
"I'll take a road trip with you," he told her. "Maybe. I don't know if I want to subject you to that crazy yet," Evaline admitted, "I know you're good at handling my crazy, but they're on a whole other level," she said, walking over to him and kissing him.
Pushing her hair back from her face Rudy wrinkled his nose, "You smell like sunscreen and bug spray," he told her, laughing. Rolling her eyes Evaline laughed with him, "So do you. Hopefully Teo doesn't mind I didn't have time to shower before she gets here."
Humming Rudy ran his hand up under her shirt, "I mean my parents are with Jon and Henning is with Chase. We could shower together to save some time," he offered. Smiling Evaline kissed him as she worked on his belt buckle.
Hearing the doorbell Evaline took a step back, "Whoops times up. I recommend a cold shower for that," she giggled, pointing at his lap before going to answer the door. "You're not very funny," Rudy called after her.
Swinging the door open Evaline smiled as she invited both Teo and Cheryl inside. "I can't stay," Cheryl said, "I've gotta get down to the restaurant and supervise tonight's set up, but I wanted to make sure Teo could get a ride with you."
"Of course," Evaline replied. "Perfect. I'll see you two later," Cheryl said before rushing back out the door. "God, to have half her energy," Evaline said as she closed the door.
"So come in," Evaline said walking into the living room with Teo behind her, "You'll have to excuse how I smell. I didn't have time to shower before you got here," she continued as she headed down the hall to her bedroom.
Laughing Teo told her it was quite alright as they walked into her bedroom. "Rudy get your nasty ass off my bed," Evaline complained seeing that the boy was now sprawled out on his back.
"I was going to take a nap," he whined. "Not in here you're not. We're going to be working and besides you need a shower. Get off the bed before you make it smell like bug spray," she told him pushing at his leg.
Groaning he got up, "Fine, I can tell when I'm not wanted. I'm gonna go shower and then hang out with Chase and Henning," he told her before kissing her and leaving the bedroom.
"Ok anyway sorry about the rigged up backdrop. I didn't really think I'd be doing this type of photography down here so I don't have all my stuff. When Jon had me do his clients he rented out a studio for us to use," Evaline told Teo.
"This is fine. It's kind of Indie," Teo assured her. Smiling Evaline nodded as she picked up her camera, "Alright let's get started."
"Evaline, these are so good," Teo exclaimed hours later as she flipped through Evaline's camera at the photos she'd taken.
