"What's going on?" Evaline asked bewildered as she recognized most of the cast and crew sitting at several round tables inside the tent.
"It's your baby shower," Jennifer told her smiling widely, "Come let's say hi to everyone before we get to presents," she said linking her arm through Evaline's as she pulled her away from Rudy and into the crowd.
Within seconds of losing sight of Rudy Evaline felt like she was on the verge of a panic attack. Forcing herself to calm down she was making small talk with the third table Jennifer had drug her to when she felt his hand slip into her free one.
Noticing Rudy by her side Jennifer excused herself to make sure the buffet was ready to go, "You two keep mingling. I'll make sure the food is ready, we'll eat, and then you can open some presents," she told them, pointing to a side table with gifts piled on top.

Moving onto the next table Rudy asked if she was okay. "It was a bit overwhelming at first, but now I just can't believe all these people came here for a baby shower for me," she replied.
"The cast and crew like you," he stated, "Or they just like me and since most of them think she's mine they're really here for me and not you," he told her, smiling when she started laughing.
"Wait, you knew about this didn't you? That's why you told me to wear this dress over my swimsuit and not the t-shirt and shorts I wanted to wear," she realized.

"I may've known about it," he replied, "How else were we supposed to get you out of here so they could set up?" Shaking her head Evaline greeted everyone at the next table, making small talk with them, before moving on.
They had just started towards the tables that held the majority of the cast when Jennifer called for her to start the procession for the food. "I'm gonna be exhausted by the end of this," she whispered to Rudy as they changed direction and headed for the buffet table.
After they got their food Evaline looked around, "Do we have a place to sit?" she asked. "There's two open spots at our table," Maddie told her from behind them in the food line.
Setting their plates down they sat and began to eat as Maddie, Chase, Madison, and Drew returned to their table with plates. "I can't believe you guys did this. I only filled out that registry because I was afraid of what Maddie and Penny would do if I didn't. I didn't think anyone would actually use it," Evaline told them.
