Ch. 16: Kakashi: Sharingan Warrior!

3rd POV

As Naruto's kunai zoomed straight to Zabuza; Kakashi, Sakura, and Zabuza watch in shock. The rogue ninja has no choice but to avoid the incoming weapon by freeing his hand from his water prison. He avoided it just in time but the kunai still made its mark below his right eye making the scratch bleed profusely. Blinded in fury, he spins the giant shuriken that he caught and tries to aim it towards Naruto.

"I'll destroy you!" He claimed with a growl.

When he was about to land a hit on him, someone else blocked his attack with their metal glove making their hand bleed, and that someone is none other than Kakashi. As Naruto splashes into the water, the Jonin lifts his head and glares at the rogue ninja with his intimidating Sharingan eye which affects the rogue ninja fearfully.

Sakura gasps happily, "Kakashi sensei!"

Seeing Naruto emerging his upper body out of the water, Kakashi appraises him, "Naruto, that was an excellent plan. You've really grown, haven't you?"

Naruto laughs gleefully, "I knew I couldn't beat him with my shadow clones, that was just to distract him. After n/n chan tired him out from her awesome song fighting, I knew right away that this was my chance to set my plan into action. While he fought the clones, I turned into the demon wind shuriken. He didn't know what to do, believe it!" A flashback was playing when Zabuza propelled the Naruto clones. "I used one of the clones to transform into a shuriken." At a closer look, the real Naruto did transform into the weapon and hid in another Naruto's backpack. "When I threw it to Sasuke, it looked like a real shuriken." The scene replays Sasuke knowing what the plan was. "Sasuke can tell it was me in a second. He spun around so no one could see and pulled out his own shuriken. Now there are two shuriken: one was real, one was me! I hid in the shadow of the real shuriken and my target was the real Zabuza. Of course I knew that I couldn't fight the Zabuza myself, that wasn't in the game plan. I just want to get in there and break up his water prison. I didn't know his clone would be wrecked too, ha! That was a bonus, believe it!"

"Way to go Naru!" Y/n appraised him as well. "I told you he had a plan." She told Tazuna with a smirk of her own.

Sasuke also smirks, "Don't brag, you just lucked out."

"The whole thing was just a fluke!" Tazuna yelled out.

Your POV

I turn my gaze from Naru to Cowprint, and Mr. Kaka standing on the water.

I heard Cowprint saying, "I got distracted and lost my grip on the water prison."

Mr. Kaka responds, "Don't flatter yourself, you weren't distracted. You were forced to let go."

I heard Naru chuckling right after. "Your technique worked on me once, but it won't work again. So, what's it gonna be?" Sensei asked him.

After a few moments of silence, I heard Duckie telling us, "Sakura, Y/n, you know what to do."

We both nod and come closer to Tazuna protectively.

"Hn." Sensei widens his eyes and Cowprint folds back the rest of the shuriken onto his hand painfully.

He tries to push the weapon against Sensei's hand but Sensei excruciatingly manages to push it back strongly, making the weapon fly off. At the same time, both the men jump off on opposite sides of the water and start performing a really long hand sign. (A/n: Like I'm gonna put all the hand signs. -.-' Haha) It's so cool looking at this up close though.

Suddenly, I remember that I forgot something. "My staff!"

I look around and find it near a tree, the specific tree where Haku will appear. I quickly grab it and run back to the group.
