34)Flashback

Let's begin.......

"If I say no would you believe?"
Ragini kneeled infront of the bag and tried the possible codes on it.but all those failed abruptly.she did confirm there was something.and also realised that he won't ever say it to her.
She gave up on it when she couldn't get the perfect code.when she noticed the key.and her eyes falls on the number on it.it had the familiar number.it was Sanskar's birthdate in backward and she tried the same on the bag and it was right.

She opens the bag only to find the photographs.and some jewleries.she looks at all those.it wasn't the scrap but it was more like keeping it safe like a memory or a dream.
She opens the cards on Valentine's Day birthdays.
She looks at the photographs.
And her eyes falls on the diary which was beautifully designed with mirror work.
And she takes it and looks at it.

She heard the footsteps and she quickly closed the bag placing back everything except the diary and photographs.

Surbhi:Bhabhi did you get the vessels?
Ragini:yeah here it is...
Sanskar standing near the door:what are you both doing here?
Surbhi got startled as she didn't expect him:and what are you doing here?we came to collect some vessels.
Sanskar :oh!
He tried his best to act normal.though Surbhi didn't see it but definitely Ragini have saw it as in between his eyes were stopping at the bag.
Sanskar:okay okay come now!
Surbhi laughs:we are coming only,we are not going to stay here!
Surbhi handover him the vessel:you take this and go!
And Surbhi moves out pushing Sanskar along.
But he returns:Ragini tum bhi chalo!
Ragini nods.
Surbhi shouts his name and Sanskar moves.

Ragini opens the diary.
Since no one was at home.she found the right moment to read it.
But...is it right to read?
But she wanted to know what have happened in Sanskar's past.she could match few situations where he used to cry in nights,hiding from everyone.there could be something deep he is hiding.what could it be?

She opens the diary and randomly turned few page.but with some sentences she gets realized it isn't Sanskar's written.it was written by some girl!
She turned to the first page where she found the name "Nayantara"
And her mind popped up the image of a Pendant "Nayan"

And her phone rings..
She sees Sanskar calling.
She picks the call.
Sanskar:you are alone at the home?
Ragini:yeah..why what happened?
Sanskar:aise hi.. between I wanted to ask (he stops)what happened you seem silent!
Ragini:Nothing like that...
Sanskar:no if there's something.you can tell me...
Ragini smiles:Sanskar there's nothing..
Sanskar:hmm..okay now someone will ring the bell..
And just the someone actually rings the door bell.
Sanskar:there's your favorite Hot jalebi and cold Rabdi from Ghasitaram's
Ragini smiles and opens the door and takes the packet:why suddenly?
Sanskar:you are alone and bored so I thought to beat your boredom...
Ragini interrupts:wait wait who told you am bored!
Sanskar:I thought...between I will be late today.
Ragini:have your lunch properly!
Sanskar:your wish my command mam!
She laughs:okay then ...
Sanskar:wait..
Ragini:What?
Sanskar:someone will ring the bell now!
Ragini:again?
And someone rings the bell.
Sanskar:karwachaut gift which I couldn't get yesterday!
Ragini opens the door and takes from the delivery boy.she sees a beautiful bag:very beautiful..Thankyou..
She moves to room
And again someone rings the bell..
Sanskar:Go Go..
Ragini:no you say I will sit at the door only..
She opens the door and takes a parcel.
Ragini:now what is this?tell me are you bribing me for something?
She sees the chocolates.
Sanskar:so I can't gift you anything also,you are naming bribing..?
Ragini:but why suddenly?
Sanskar:I felt...
And someone again rings the bill.
Ragini who just then sat on the bed:Hey Bhagwan..
Sanskar laughs.
She opens the door and takes the flower bouquets.
Ragini:aur kuch hai?
Sanskar:no..no I let some for other day
She closes the door and moves to room holding the bouquet.

Ragini:Sanskar can I ask you something?
Sanskar:yeah...now you need permission?
She left out a breath thinking for a minute.
Sanskar:hello madam..kahan kho gayi?
Ragini:no nothing important!
Sanskar:you sure?
Ragini:hmm!
Sanskar:okay will be late this day so don't wait for me.
Ragini:okay!
Sanskar:bye
He disconnects the call.

Ragini sits for some moment.The fact was that he tried his level best to hide it.may be he don't want her to know it.but doesn't she deserve to know his past if there is some?

"Happy friendship day"

A girl shouts at the middle of the campus.
Today again Akashi had to accept the dare.where she had to shout and sing.i was just the admirer from far for their friendship.its been nearly 8 months that I was just watching them everywhere.i was the new comer in their class after the mid sems.
And can't believe that I just completed a full diary just to write about them and today started up with new one.
And hopefully by the end of this book I would be one of them.
Akashi,Palak,Abhay,Nakul,Rishi and.......Sanskar.
I usually get myself into a freeze mode whenever I think about him.he is been always the smiley of the troop.if he is present nobody else could be seen sad.he was always a prankster getting his friends in trouble at first but later himself put them out.

Akashi:Damn guys I am tired.why me always a target.why not Palak?
Sanskar was reading a book like nothing happened when he was the mastermind behind all this.
Akashi grabbed the book:Sanskar Don't act too innocent..
Sanskar:I didn't do anything.it was all Abhay.he has some or other thing running on his mind.
Abhay laughs:yeah yeah it was only me behind everything.
Sanskar:see he is accepting.
Akashi:where is this Palak?
Sanskar:She fought with Rishi!
Both:why?
Sanskar:he forgot her birthday!!!
Both:ohhh shit!
Sanskar looks at both and then laughs:don't tell me you guys too forgot!
Akashi:if you remembered you could have alert us?
Sanskar:how would I know that you will forget!
Abhay:Nakul?
Sanskar:don't worry he would be back!

"Sajde kiye hai laakhon

Rishi was singing the song playing the guitar which definitely made her heart melt towards him.but the thing is actually behind Sanskar was singing the song and Nakul and abhay was laughing silently.
And at that moment abhay saw me and he quickly patted on sanskar's shoulder.
And they had an expression of caught.
I turned to Palak who was overwhelmed and ready.
Sanskar signed to not tell her.i just nodded.

Later I was walking out of the campus.today I had to get few necessary things.
And surprisingly Sanskar came and stood beside me.he was panting for the breath.
Sanskar smiled at me:hey...
I just smiled in return but trust me my legs were shivering as my crush was just standing next to me with his charming smile which definitely got my heart flutter in happiness as well as nervousness.

Sanskar:am Sanskar!
I just turned my face then as I didn't wanted to let him know that I was blushing.controlling myself and I faced him:I know!
Sanskar:You are Hmmm...
He closed his eyes for moment:Nayan right?
I looked at him.
Sanskar:wait Nayantara right?
I was really happy that he knew my name.and when he addressed Nayan I was all feeling new.
Sanskar:Thank you that you didn't tell Palak...between am in hurry but yeah..let's be friends.
He forwards his hand and I shake my hand with him.
Sanskar:I am in hurry now but will meet soon..bye!
He just passed a smile and moves.
And I just kept looking at my hand.he was driving me crazy!

But very soon he made me meet his group and my wish came true!
