"Hey can we talk," I asked Cassie after showing up to her locker on Monday like I usually do every morning.
"Actually I was going to come up to you and ask the same," She smiled and closed her locker after grabbing a large book from it.
"I'll hold that," I told her.
"Thanks"
She handed me the book and I tucked it in my armpit to keep it in place while we walked and talked.
"So about Friday night, we kissed"
"You say that I wasn't there Billie, but proceed"
"I just wanted to ask if you'll go out with me"
"I would love to"
"Seriously?"
"Yes seriously"
"Saturday?"
"I'm free"
"Okay, okay cool I'll plan something and I'll pick you up"

She turned to me and kissed me on the cheek.
"My book please"
"Here"
"Sit next to me in class later, I'll give you my number" ________
"Alright pajamas it's time for bed" I told Eloise, placing her on the bathroom countertop. I took off the shirt she was wearing and put her pajamas on. Which was a pink button up and a pair of pajama pants which were a bit too long for her, but I figured it wasn't that big of a deal because she wasn't walking on her own yet.
I helped Eloise brush her teeth, then I brushed mine and proceeded to do my skincare. I wet a clean wash cloth and wiped off my baby's face, and a dry one to dry it. I took some baby lotion and moisturized her face along with her arms and legs cause we ain't ashy over here.

After that I brushed out her her. She didn't have a thick hair because she was only one, but she still had some touching her shoulders in length.
"All done," I kissed her cheek and she giggled in the mirror at herself.
"Alright bedtime," I picked her up and put her on my shoulders as we walked out of the bathroom.
