Sometimes you don't really fall out of love, you learn to live by watching them from a distance. So did Mark, no matter how hard he tried he just could not bring himself to move on from Jaemin. If course he blessed them with his whole heart big still the boy felt like he didn't have a part of himself within himself anymore. Seasons changed, the fifth Christmas morning had dawned, alas his wife's presence lingered longer than he excepted to.

"How long are you going to keep thinking about him son. He's married, has two children and is happy. Move on." Mrs Lee sighed, she squeezed the boys cold arms.

"I can't move on. Maybe I'll just stay single forever. I don't think I can bare another divorce mom." Marks lips quivered, his eyes watered, the hurt had broken him way too much.

Meanwhile the three brothers snuggled into each others warmth on Christmas morning. They complained of the weather being too cold. Nevertheless the three came down looking like little three fluffy fluff balls. Finally Christmas meant something after all these years of spending it alone with each other.
With warmth, a mother and a friend, to have a luxurious dinner was a blessing. Sadly Jaehyun couldn't make it which made Taeyong think that the man didn't want to meet a blind former lover.

It was after the beautiful day when Sungchan had a tournament. Ice hockey.

"Omg hyung he scored!!!" Donghyuck screamed. Mark did notice that the brunette explained every detail to his blind brother. Making him feel like apart of the game itself.

"Slow down you'll fall silly!!" Mark held Donghyuck hips, the boy was so excited and jubilant to see his baby brother play his game.

As you can see many strings that connected to Mark were surprisingly connected to Donghyuck. The boy screamed his lungs off, dressed stubbornly in shorts and a cropped t-shirt. It was actually a bet with Sungchan to see if he could withstand the cold. But he still looked a million times more gorgeous than a woman.

"Hyung!!! Our baby is killin it!!! Can we have beer if Channie junior wins?" Donghyuck begged his brother who giggled and nodded.

Mark squeezed the baby Pudu in his arms from behind, the brunettes waist was so cold it ice. He frowned at the brat. Score after score went, making Donghyuck squeal in delight. Sungchan loved hearing his loud brothers voice as he played. His mother's, his father's, his best friend's and his entire world were Taeyong and Donghyuck.

"Hi Hyuck." A voice made two people freeze. Mark squeezed Donghyucks waist, as the younger felt his energy drain. They turned around to face a handsome boy, he would probably be of Marks age.

"Seong-wu hyung?" Donghyuck gulped, his smile faded and he tensed up.

"Wait don't tell me you are dating Mark Lee?" Sweong Wu chuckled coming closer to the brunette.

"Swing Wu! Leave my brother alone?!" Taeyong shouted at the boy who lifted his eyebrow.

"Such a pity that a gorgeous boy like you can't see how pathetic you sound being blind but trying to act tough." The boy hissed as he checked Donghyuck out. "I'll see you around hottie." He winked and walked away. Donghyuck collapsed on a chair. His heart started beating too fast.

"You know him?" Mark gently lifted Hyucks chin so they would see each other.

"He's been after Haechan since eleventh grade, I don't know why but he transferred to my school from a government school, then got kicked out and joined a boarding school. He's always been trouble." Taeyong sighed caressing the golden arm to comfort the beauty.

"He was after Jaemin too. He ruined my senior year, he was the worst pervert of a guy I've seen. Why do you hold so many of my string ends Teddy?" Mark whispered making Donghyuck look up at him, he just hugged him really tight.

As sadness came, distress followed. The loud whistle broke the best friend's apart when Sungchan fell on the ground with the Hockey puck stuck on his throat. He gasped for air, and the paramedics rushed to him. Donghyuck held Taeyongs arm and ran towards the 16 year old boy.

"Chan!!! No no no!!! Sungchan!!! Look at me!!" Donghyuck screamed shaking the boy, his eyes were wide open, his mouth agape, he struggled so hard it certainly was too painful to watch.

"Teddy go with him. I'll drive Taeyong to the hospital! Go!" Mark ushered the brunette to go to the hospital with Sungchan as Taeyong and the older followed the ambulance from behind.

The world was small for a reason, every person seemed to be unconciously connected. Some by blood, some by acquintances. And not always do you spend the saved money on the cause you saved it for. Life was a rat race, with Donghyuck and Mark running towards one another.

"Teddy......It's okay. I'll pay." Mark cupped those chubby cheeks.

"I don't want charity. Every penny would go for the surgery. Sir.......My Taeyong must see, but I can't loose the child I raised myself." Donghyucks plump lips quivered, his big Pudu eyes shaking with tears.

"I'm your best friend. Not some organisation that's giving you money. Sungchan needs to live. You pay for Taeyong, that's your life goal. You never expected this to happen so let me deal with this. Okay?" Mark kissed Donghyucks forehead as they seperated ways, the brunette running into Taeyongs arms and Mark down to pay for the operations.

One thought made Mark scard, Why was Seong-wu here again. Why was he after the people he loved. He's lost Jaemin, what if He looses his baby Teddy bear too? The fear weighed him down yet he was determined to show the fellow his place. Donghyuck was only his, his best friend. But what was it making him so angry? They were just friends right? Mark turned to look at those big doe eyes, that looked at him with every ounce of genuine affection.
