chapter 72 | the planning of the school festival

"We're going to have a school festival."
Those were the words Aizawa had said to cause the class to go nuts. 'I guess that would be fun..I'm just not in the mood to do anything for it though. I'll let everyone else plan it I guess.'
"Are we sure it's best to do this now? Villains are around right now!" Kirishima worryingly gets up from his seat.
"Kirishima, you've changed!" Denki leans back in his chair to face him properly. "But it's true!" Kiri adds on.
'I mean, he's not wrong..'
"You're right, although U.A. isn't just about the hero course. School festivals are a good way for the other courses to shine as well. It doesn't get as much attention as the sports festival, but they all look forward to it." Aizawa eventually heads of to sleep after explaining the importance of the school festival. Iida and Momo are quick to get up and write down ideas on the board.
'Holy crap some of these ideas look like shit! I hope we really don't do some of these.'
Some of the suggestions included Maid cafes, a mochi shop, soba shop, arm wrestling tournaments, a petting zoo and more.
You didn't really care that much, not really having an idea of what to suggest you took this as an opportunity to go on your phone and to continue reading fan fiction.
"(Y/N), DO YOU PERHAPS HAVE ANY IDEAS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST?! 🤬🤖👋" Iida shouts, waiting for you to reply. "Uhh, whatever Kaminari said I agree with." You shrugged your shoulders and went back onto your phone.
"(Y/N!) 💗💗💗💗" Kaminari blows you a kiss. You choose to catch it and send him one back.
Momo nervously coughs, "Now, I'll eliminate the one that's are inappropriate, impossible or confusing."
"LMFAO some of y'all don't look too happy now 😜!" You laugh at the reactions of those who had their ideas crossed off the board.
Another round of everyone shouting and Iida trying to calm them down begins, and the bell finally rings. "If you don't pick by tomorrow you'll have a public lecture." Aizawa stares into the souls of everyone in the room.
"AYO SOMEBODY JUST PICK SOMETHING I DONT WANNA DO A PUBLIC LECTURE 🤬🤬🤬!!!"
"It's not like you'll do any of the work anyways." Tokoyami sighs.
"My bad you're right bird man." You agree.

While you and the other interns are busy, the rest of the class soon decided on what the class will be doing for the festival.
"I wonder what they'll pick. Hope it's nothing where the whole entire school has to see me or something haha!" You laugh while chatting with Nightstone on your break.
"Try to enjoy yourself, at least. You deserve time to have fun with friends." He says before taking a sip of water.
"Yeah, but some of my friends have been acting kinda weird. Or maybe it's me? I don't know. One of my friends kissed me and now were not talking anymore." You groan, remembering the night you and Bakugou shared.
"Oh..that's awkward." He coughs.
"Yep. Have you ever been in any awkward love situations?" You ask.
"I've tried to ask out Triton a bunch of times but he's too dumb to understand and he hates me for some unknown reason. It gets pretty awkward sometimes due to the fact that he likes to cause a scene anytime I'm around him. "
"Oh 😀 Uhh that's sucks..don't worry, I'll be your wingman and you'll be mine."
Nightstone nods his head, "Alright, thank you. Now, let's head back to work."
