Grayson De Martel
I lied to my sister. I can't believe I'm lying to her. I lied to her about traveling around the world and I lied to her that I'm in the auror training. I've never lied to her before. Why haven't I lied to her before?
Damon made it seemed so easy lying to our sister but it wasn't. Of course it was easy for Damon. He could lie for his whole life and not regret it.
A brown owl knocked on my window. It was Phoenix, Mia's owl. I got out of my bed and opened the window, got the letter from the owl and closed the window again.
Grayson,
I know you're busy but Damon advised me to send you a letter about what I found. I found dad's journal the day I went back to the manor.
Do you remember the time I wanted to go on a walk one night when we were in Florida and mom didn't allowed me to? Turns out they were saving me from the deatheater who were tracking us. You read right. Deatheaters. Bloody deatheaters. I'm guessing they were trying to recruit our parents but mom and dad were avoiding them. I'll tell you more when I can.
Also, I've been having dreams of a man. Not that kind of dream, just pointing out. In my dream, I always woke up in a bright blue room and I'd hear the ocean like it was really close by and then the man would appear and if I try to follow him, I'll wake up. Tell me what you think when you can. I'll see you soon.
With all my love,
Morticia Amelia De Martel.
"Gabriel!" I yelled as I ran down the stairs. "Mia sent a letter. About the dad's journal." I said, handing him the letter.
"Adam's journal?" He asked and I nodded.
"Just read it."
The house was quieter than usual. Geneve and the kids were with the Weasleys until the end of the week while Gabriel and I work and search.
"Bright blue room and she can hear the ocean?" Gabriel looked quite shocked. "I know that place. The cottage that my parents owned. That's where they had their honeymoon."
"That matters because?" I asked.
"We'll send Mia some pictures and ask her what the man looks like." Gabriel said as he ran towards the pictures.
"Why? Why are we doing that?"
He beamed. "Because I think my father is trying to send her a message."
My eyes widen. "Anthony? Anthony De Martel? You think our grandfather's sending her a message?"
"Yes. I think so." Gabriel nodded.
I sighed. "We need to find that journal, Gabriel. We need to find that as soon as possible."
"I know, Grayson. We have to go. I know where to find the journals."
