Luke's POV*

"Dude are you good?" Calum asked and hit my shoulder.

"Yea I'm good." I said and gave him a look.

"You're staring at Lily Connors dude." Michael said with a chuckle.

"No I'm not." I argued and sat up a bit in my seat.

"Either that or you're staring at Savannah, which wouldn't be good because Calum likes her. Or you're staring at Brooke who's going out with Hunter Carson which also wouldn't be good. Or you're staring at Elle which wouldn't be good because she'll prob rip you to shreds because right now, she's enjoying the single life." Michael said matter of factly.

"I'm not staring at anyone." I said firmly and ran my fingers through my hair.

I was lying to them flat out. It's only been a few days since schools started and I can't help but just look at her. She bumped into me on the first day and I couldn't help but get lost in her eyes and analyze her and the way her long straight dark brown hair was laying on her shoulders. I couldn't help but want to laugh at the first word she ever said to me, however I didn't want her to be embarrassed or something.

I was flattered honestly like really flattered. No one has ever said wow when looking at me, and she clearly didn't mean to either which made it even better.

"Alright well let me tell you something about Lily Connors." He said and leaned over on the rectangular table from across from me.

"Okay?" I said but it came out more as a question.

"She's a good girl. She's never had a boyfriend in her life, never done anything or anyone. She's a straight A student, has had a perfect GPA since freshman year except for one semester her junior year she had a 3.9. She's never been to a party, never drank a drop of alcohol, and never smoked a thing in her life. She doesn't sneak out, she stays in the library after school sometimes to do her homework. She's her dads favorite because she's never broken a rule in her life. She's a good girl and if you like her you might want to think about that first because she's difficult. I'm sure half of the male population in this school has tried to corrupt her, but nothing works. She's just too good." He said firmly which actually just made me want her more honestly. It's hard to find a good girl nowadays, and I've always liked good girls. Even if I haven't always dated them, but again, it's hard to find them.

"I don't even know her, I've spoken to her like 3 times since school started." I said and glanced back over to her with my chin in my hand. She seemed to be having an intense conversation with her friends at the table, she looked so focused in what was going on. It was actually really attractive.

"Well how about this then." Ashton said from the spot next to Michael on the other side of the table.

"What?" I asked and raised an eyebrow.

"If you can finally corrupt the good girl by New Year's Day than we'll each give you 50 bucks. If not, then we get 50 bucks each." He said with a smirk and wiggled his eyebrows.

"That seems kind of wrong don't you think?" I asked and furrowed my eyebrows together.

"It's only bad if she finds out, and she won't. It'll be a secret for us dudes, so it's fine. Plus, you're the bad boy aren't you? It'll work out perfectly." He said casually.

"I'm not actually though, I just look that way." I said and shrugged my shoulders. "I'm not an asshole to girls, I never have been and I never will be. My mum told me she'd beat my ass if I ever cheated or hurt a girl, she drilled that into my brain the second I got my first girlfriend." I said firmly making them roll their eyes.
